Back
Cast on 131 stitches. Knit a border of 5 patterns of Alsatian Ruffles and one pattern of Truncated Alsatian Ruffles in height. Thus, the border will consist of six rows of Alsatian Ruffles. As a result, 107 stitches will remain.
Before moving to the main pattern, knit 1 row of purl stitches, decreasing by 8 stitches.
The remaining 99 stitches are knitted as follows: 1 edge stitch, 9 stitches in the "Teeth" pattern, 16 stitches in the "Braid 1" pattern, 5 stitches in the "Teeth" pattern, 16 stitches in the "Braid 2" pattern, 5 stitches in the "Teeth" pattern, 16 stitches in the "Braid 1" pattern, 5 stitches in the "Teeth" pattern, 16 stitches in the "Braid 2" pattern, 9 stitches in the "Teeth" pattern, 1 edge stitch.
For a more accurate calculation of the number of stitches required for knitting the upper part of the back, use the "Rule of calculating the number of stitches".
At a height of 73 cm from the cast-on edge, close for the armhole 5 stitches on both sides. Then, every 8 rows (2 patterns of "Teeth" in height) decrease by 3*2 stitches, knitting 3 stitches together on both sides of the back (knit or purl according to the pattern) at the beginning of the row after the edge stitch, at the end of the row before the edge stitch. Continue knitting the remaining 77 stitches without decreases. At a height of 19 cm from the beginning of the armhole slopes, close 21 stitches on both sides for the shoulders, leaving the middle 35 stitches on hold.

Left Front
For a more accurate calculation of the number of stitches required for casting on, use the "Rule of calculating the number of stitches". Cast on 83 stitches. Knit the border as follows: 68 stitches - Alsatian Ruffles, 14 stitches - ribbing 1x1 for the edge of the front, 1 edge stitch.
Since the density of the pattern of the "Ribbing 1x1" does not match the density of the "Alsatian Ruffles" pattern, it is necessary to knit short rows in the border every 14th row, i.e., knitting it to the edge, turn the work to the other side, and knit in the opposite direction.
Knit the border of 5 patterns of Alsatian Ruffles and one pattern of Truncated Alsatian Ruffles in height. Thus, the border will consist of six rows of Alsatian Ruffles. As a result, 71 stitches will remain.
For a more accurate calculation of the number of stitches required for knitting the upper part of the front, use the "Rule of calculating the number of stitches".
Before moving to the main pattern, knit 1 row of purl stitches, decreasing by 4 stitches.
The remaining 67 stitches are knitted as follows: 1 edge stitch, 9 stitches in the "Teeth" pattern, 16 stitches in the "Braid 1" pattern, 5 stitches in the "Teeth" pattern, 16 stitches in the "Braid 2" pattern, 5 stitches in the "Teeth" pattern, 14 stitches knitted in ribbing 1x1 for the edge of the front, 1 edge stitch.
At a height of 73 cm from the cast-on edge, close 5 stitches for the armhole. Then, every 8 rows (2 patterns of "Teeth" in height) decrease by 4*2 stitches, knitting 3 stitches together on both sides of the back (knit or purl according to the pattern) at the beginning of the row after the edge stitch, at the end of the row before the edge stitch. Continue knitting the remaining stitches without decreases. At a height of 73 cm from the cast-on edge, increase by 14*1 stitch to the edge for the hood in every 4th row. At a height of 19 cm from the beginning of the armhole slopes, close 21 stitches for the shoulder. Set aside the remaining 47 stitches.

Right Front
Knit in a mirror reflection (that is, the first braid from the edge knit in the "Braid 2" pattern, the second - in the "Braid 1" pattern), remembering to make buttonholes on the edge of the placket.

Sleeve
Cast on 36 stitches. Knit 7 cm in ribbing 1x1. When transitioning to the pattern, add 32 stitches. Knit the resulting 68 stitches as follows: 1 edge stitch, 25 stitches in the "Teeth" pattern, 16 stitches in the "Braid 1" pattern, 25 stitches in the "Teeth", 1 edge stitch without additions.
At a height of 41 cm from the cast-on edge, close 5 stitches for the sleeve cap on both sides.
Then, every 8 rows (2 patterns of "Teeth" in height) decrease by 6*2 stitches, knitting 3 stitches together on both sides of the back (knit or purl according to the pattern) at the beginning of the row after the edge stitch, at the end of the row before the edge stitch. Continue knitting the remaining 46 stitches without decreases.
At a height of 19 cm from the beginning of the armhole slopes, reduce the number of stitches to 18 stitches and knit a gusset of 9 cm in the "Double Rib" pattern. In the last row, reduce the number of stitches in the gusset to 14 stitches and set aside (do not close).

Assembly
Perform shoulder seams (attach the shoulders of the front and back to the gussets). Transfer to the needles the stitches set aside for the neckline and gussets, and knit the hood as follows: 1 edge stitch, 28 stitches of the left front's turned-up placket in ribbing, 5 stitches in the "Teeth" pattern, 16 stitches in the "Braid 1" pattern, 5 stitches in the "Teeth" pattern, 16 stitches in the "Braid 2" pattern, 5 stitches in the "Teeth" pattern, 16 stitches in the "Braid 1" pattern, 5 stitches in the "Teeth" pattern, 16 stitches in the "Braid 2" pattern, 5 stitches in the "Teeth" pattern, 28 stitches of the right front's turned-up placket in ribbing 1x1, 1 edge stitch.
To expand the hood in the 1st row, add 1 purl stitch on both sides of 5 stitches of the "Teeth" pattern located in the center of the hood. After knitting 2 rows, add in every 2nd row another 5 x 2 stitches. At the height of the hood 33 cm, close the middle 20 stitches and finish each side separately, knitting 5 cm. Fold the hood in half and sew the corresponding stitches of the last row. Sew the stitches of the central part of the hood and the short edges of the side parts of the hood with a knitting stitch. Set in the sleeves, perform side seams and sleeve seams. Sew on the buttons.
