Yarn: 70% — wool, 30% — white silk (245 m/50 g): 100 g (Habu 3/15 Silk Wool yarn used).
NEEDLES: Straight double-pointed needles No. 2.75

WORK INSTRUCTIONS
Repeat the lace pattern 10 times. For the last, 11th time, knit up to the 13th row, and then knit in stockinette stitch. When adding stitches for the fingers, use the method of casting on stitches through the back loop.
As you knit each finger, try on the glove, adjusting the length of the knitted fingers as needed.

GAUGE: 36 sts and 40 rows = 10 x 10 cm (stockinette)

Right glove

Cast on 78 (81, 84, 87, 90) sts, distribute them on 3 needles. Join in the round, securing a marker at the beginning of the round. Knit 8 rounds in stockinette, then 1 round in "picots": 1 knit, * 2 together knit, yarn over *. Knit 8 rounds in stockinette. Sew the hem. Knit 4 rounds in stockinette.

Decrease round: 27 (28, 29, 30, 31) knit, 2 together knit through the back loops, knit 1 pattern round on 21 sts, 2 together knit, 24 (26, 28, 30, 32) knit, 2 together knit, decreased 3 sts.
Knit straight for 10 rounds. Repeat the last 11 rounds 8 times, decreasing 1 st after the pattern and 1 st before the marker at the beginning of the round. There are 51 (54, 57, 59, 64) sts in work. Knit straight for 7.5 cm.

Increase round: knit to the 1st st before the pattern, from 1 st knit 1 knit through the front and 1 knit through the back loop, knit the pattern according to the chart, from 1 st knit 1 knit through the front and 1 knit through the back loop, knit to the last st, from 1 st knit 1 knit through the front and 1 knit through the back loop. There are 57 (60, 63, 66, 69) sts in work. Knit straight for 2.5 cm.
* Knit to the 1st st before the pattern, from 1 st knit 1 knit through the front and 1 knit through the back loop, knit the pattern insert according to the chart, from 1 st knit 1 knit through the front and 1 knit through the back loop, knit to the end of the round (skipping the last 2.5 cm). Knit straight for 2.5 cm. Repeat from * 1 time.

Thumb hole marking

Knit knit to 5 (6, 6, 7, 7) sts before the pattern, secure a marker in the center. With contrasting color yarn, knit 9 (10, 10, 11, 11) sts. Return the knitted sts and knit them with the working yarn.
Knit straight for 4 cm, ending the pattern at the 13th row of the chart. Knit the remaining rows in stockinette.
Distribute the sts on 2 stitch holders. Do not cut the yarn.

Thumb

Unravel the contrasting yarn and transfer the sts to 2 needles: 9 (10, 10, 11, 11) sts on the needle under the hole and 10 (11, 11, 12, 12) sts above the hole on the 2nd needle. Join the yarn and pick up 2 sts from the thumb side, knit all sts under the hole, pick up 4 sts from the other side, knit above the hole, pick up another 2 sts from the first side of the thumb. There are 27 (29, 29, 31, 31) sts in work. Knit straight for 2 cm.

Round A: 2 together knit on the back of the thumb. There are 26 (28, 28, 30, 30) sts in work. Knit straight for 3 cm and in the next round knit 2 together knit on the back of the thumb. There are 25 (27, 27, 29, 29) sts in work. Knit straight until the thumb is the desired length.

Round B: 2 together knit, last st knit. Pull the yarn through the remaining sts.

Index finger

Starting from the side edge, knit 9 (9, 9, 10, 10) knit from the stitch holder through the back loop, cast on 4 sts, knit 9 (9, 10, 10, 11) sts from the opposite stitch holder. There are 22 (22, 23, 24, 25) sts in work. Knit straight for 3.8 cm.

Round A1: 2 together knit on the back of the finger. There are 21 (21, 22, 23, 24) sts left.
Knit straight for 2 cm, in the next round 2 together knit from the opposite side of the finger. There are 21 (22, 22, 23, 24) sts in work. Knit straight to the desired length.

Round B1: 2 together knit to the end of the round. Pull the yarn through the remaining sts.

Middle finger

Knit 7 (8, 8, 9, 9) knit from the stitch holder behind the index finger, cast on 4 sts, knit 7 (8, 8, 8, 9) knit from the opposite stitch holder, cast on 4 sts from the cast on 2 sts for the index finger. There are 23 (24, 24, 25, 26) sts in work. Knit straight for 5 cm.

Round A2: 2 together knit on the back of the finger. There are 22 (23, 23, 24, 25) sts left. Knit straight for 2 cm, in the next round 2 together knit from the opposite side of the finger. There are 21 (22, 22, 23, 24) sts in work. Knit straight to the desired length.

Round B2: 2 together knit to the end of the round. Pull the yarn through the remaining sts.

Ring finger

Knit 7 (7, 8, 8, knit) from the stitch holder behind the middle finger, cast on 4 sts, knit 6 (7, 7, 8, 9) knit from the opposite stitch holder, cast on 4 sts from the knitted sts of the middle finger. There are 21 (22, 23, 24, 25) sts in work. Knit straight for 5 cm.

Round A3: 2 together knit on the back of the finger. There are 20 (21, 22, 23, 24) sts left.
Knit straight for 2 cm, in the next round 2 together knit from the opposite side of the finger. There are 19 (21, 21, 22, 23) sts in work. Knit straight to the desired length.

Round B3: 2 together knit to the end of the round. Pull the yarn through the remaining sts.

Pinky

Transfer the remaining sts from the stitch holders to different needles. Knit 7 (8, 8, 8, 9) knit from the 1st needle behind the ring finger, then 8 (8, 9, 9) knit from the 2nd needle, cast on 4 sts from the cast on side of the ring finger. There are 19 (20, 21, 21, 21) sts in work. Knit straight for 2 cm.

Round A4: knit 2 together knit on the back of the finger. There are 18 (19, 20, 20, 20) sts left. Knit straight to the desired length of the finger.

Round B4: 2 together knit to the end of the round. Pull the yarn through the remaining sts.

Assembly
Hide the yarn inside each finger, hide other yarn ends.

Left glove
Knit as the right glove until the thumb hole marking. Knit knit to 26 (27, 30, 31, 34) sts after the pattern, knit 9 (10, 10, 11, 11) knit with an additional contrasting yarn of 40 cm long, then return the sts to the left needle and knit them with the working yarn, securing the marker. Knit straight for 4.5 cm. Continue as for the right glove.
