You will need 100 g of SandnessGarn Lanett yarn (50 g = 195 m, 100% merino wool), 3.75 mm needles, a spare needle for braids.

Size: women's M or men's S (total length 30 cm, hand circumference 20 cm), length from the base of the thumb to the fingertips 13.5 cm. If you want to knit longer or shorter, repeat or skip the rounds marked in green on the chart. The height of the section marked in green is approximately 1.5 cm.
Right mitten Cast on 44 sts (in 2 threads). Knit according to the chart, starting from row 1. The chart shows the entire mitten except for the palm and thumb (they are knitted in stockinette stitch). Set aside 13 sts for the thumb (red line on the chart). When all rows according to the chart are completed, knit all sts together 2 at a time.
