Description of the crochet pillow

Back/Front part

Chain 68 sts and crochet:

Row 1 (WS): 1 dc in the 4th ch from the hook (2 dc), 1 dc in each ch to the end of the row, turn = 66 sts.

Row 2: 1 ch, 1 sc in the first 3 dc, puff stitch in the next ch (yarn over and insert the hook into the st, pull up a loop, yarn over and pull up another loop, pull it through 2 loops on the hook. Repeat this 4 more times, yarn over and pull it through all the loops on the hook), *1 sc in the next 3 dc, puff stitch in the next dc, repeat from * to the last 2 sts of the row, 1 sc in the next 2 sts, turn.

Row 3: 3 ch (instead of 1 dc), 1 dc in each st to the end of the row, turn.

Row 4: 1 ch, 1 sc in the first 5 dc, puff stitch in the next st, *1 sc in the next 3 sts, puff stitch in the next st, repeat from * to the last 4 sts of the row, 1 sc in the next 4 sts, turn.

Row 5: crochet as row 3.

Repeat the last 4 rows to a height of 51 cm from the starting edge, finish on a RS row, cut and secure the yarn.

Assembly

Fold the front and back parts with the wrong sides together and crochet in the round: join the yarn at the corner, 1 ch, crochet 1 sc into each st around the pillow, in the corners crochet 3 sc. Crochet in this way around 3 sides, insert the pillow and finish the round.

Round 2: 1 ch, crochet around in reverse sc. Cut and secure the yarn.
