Knitted, cropped lilac pullover with "bobble" stitches is suitable for any plain tank top. If desired, the pullover can be lengthened and worn as a separate wardrobe item. You will need: 310 g of lilac yarn Music Style Collection BLUES (40% cotton, 25% viscose, 20% angora, 15% nylon, 92.5 m/50 g), needles No 5 and No 7, 10 buttons
Main pattern: knit according to the diagram, purl stitches in purl rows
Knitting density, main pattern: 13 sts x 17 rows — 10 x 10 cm.
Back: cast on 52 sts with No 5 needles using Italian cast-on, switch to No 7 needles and knit in the main pattern. After 10 cm from the start of knitting, bind off 3 sts for armholes on both sides and in every 2nd row bind off 1 x 2 sts (42 sts remaining).
After 28 cm from the start of knitting, bind off the middle 22 sts for the neck and finish both sides separately. After 35 cm from the start of knitting, bind off the remaining 10 sts.
Front: knit as for the back, but after 25 cm from the start of knitting, bind off all stitches.
Sleeves: with No 5 needles using Italian cast-on, cast on 32 sts, switch to No 7 needles and knit in the main pattern, while for the sleeve slope bind off 5 x 1 st on the right side in every 6th row (27 sts remaining), and to shape the slit on the left, at the end of each knit row knit 2 sts, at the beginning of each purl row knit as follows: slip 1 st purlwise, yarn in front, knit 1 purl. After 8 cm from the start of knitting, place stitches on hold.
Make the second piece symmetrically.
Then transfer the held 54 sts to No 7 needles and knit in the main pattern, binding off for the sleeve slope on both sides in every 6th row 8 x 1 st (remaining 38 sts). After 49 cm from the start of knitting, bind off 3 sts on both sides for the armhole and in every 2nd row bind off 1 x 2 sts, 6 x 1 st, 1 x 2 sts, 1 x 3 sts. After 63 cm from the start of knitting, bind off the remaining 6 sts.
Assembly: set in the sleeves, sew the side seams and sleeve seams. Sew the slits of the sleeves and the front with the back with buttons (see photo).
