You will need: 500 (550) 600 g of blue yarn (100% cotton, 120 m/50 g); straight and circular needles No. 4.
Stockinette stitch: knit on the right side, purl on the wrong side. In circular rows, knit all stitches knitwise.
Purl stitch: knit on the right side, purl on the wrong side. In circular rows, knit purlwise.
Cable pattern (starting with 29 stitches): knit according to the chart, which shows only the right side rows; on wrong side rows, knit all stitches as they appear, yarn overs knit purlwise.

From the 120th row, knit in circular rows. The right side rows of the chart will become the odd circular rows, in even circular rows knit all stitches as they appear, yarn overs knit knitwise.
Repeat once from rows 1 to 100, once from rows 85 to 100, once from rows 117 to 140/circular row, and then repeat from rows 129 to 140 circular row.
Half-patent pattern, straight and reverse rows: odd number of stitches.
Right side row: selvedge, *1 stitch in the hole (= 1 knit stitch, inserting the needle 1 row below), 1 purl, repeat from *, 1 stitch in the hole, selvedge.
Wrong side row: selvedge, *1 purl, 1 knit, repeat from *, 1 purl, selvedge.
Half-patent pattern, circular rows: odd number of stitches.
1st circular row: *1 stitch in the hole, 1 purl, repeat from *, 1 stitch in the hole.
2nd circular row: *1 knit, 1 purl, repeat from *, 1 knit. Repeat 1st and 2nd circular rows. Central pattern (width 9 stitches): 2 stitches of purl, 5 stitches of half-patent pattern, 2 stitches of purl. Ribbing, circular rows: alternately 1 knit, 1 purl.
"Cord" pattern, circular rows (knit with double yarn).
1st circular row: *1 purl, slip 1 stitch as purl, yarn in front of work, repeat from *.

Repeat 1st and 2nd circular rows once.

Stockinette: 19 stitches and 28 rows/circular rows = 10 x 10 cm;
cable pattern: 29 stitches = 13 cm;
central pattern (measured in slightly stretched condition): 9 stitches = 5 cm;
half-patent pattern (sleeves): 19 stitches and 36 rows/circular rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Attention! Please note that in the half-patent pattern, in the stripes of knit stitches on the front side of the fabric, only every 2nd row is visible. In combination with stockinette stitch and cable pattern, the half-patent pattern stretches in height, which in the pattern is calculated as 28 rows = 10 cm. Before starting the armholes, the back, front, and sleeves are knitted separately. Then all stitches are knitted in circular rows for the yoke.
Back/front: using the crosswise cast-on method, cast on 117 (125) 133 stitches and knit as follows: selvedge, 6 (7) 8 stitches of stockinette, 29 stitches of cable pattern, 18 (21) 24 stitches of stockinette, 9 stitches of central pattern, 18 (21) 24 stitches of stockinette, 29 stitches of cable pattern, 6 (7) 8 stitches of stockinette, selvedge. For flaring, decrease in the middle of the cable pattern before starting the raglan slopes, as indicated, 5 x 2 stitches = 97 (105) 113 stitches. After 42 cm = 118 rows from the cast-on edge, bind off 5 stitches for armholes on both sides, and after 43 cm = 120 rows from the cast-on edge, set aside the remaining 87 (95) 103 stitches.
Sleeves: using the crosswise cast-on method, cast on 61 (69) 77 stitches and knit in half-patent pattern. After 44.5 cm = 160 rows from the cast-on edge, bind off 4 stitches for armholes on both sides, and after 45.5 cm = 164 rows from the cast-on edge, set aside the remaining 53 (61) 69 stitches.
Yoke: transfer the set-aside stitches of the back, 1st sleeve, front, 2nd sleeve to circular needles one after another and continue knitting all 280 (312) 344 stitches according to the pattern, with the selvedge of the back and front knitted in stockinette on both sides; i.e., start and end the back and front with 2 (3) 4 stitches of stockinette; the selvedge of the sleeves is knitted in purl on both sides.

In the 125th circular row, perform the last decrease in the cable patterns as indicated. At the same time, from the beginning of the yoke, decrease stitches for shaping as follows: on the back and front, decrease on both sides in every 2nd circular row 17 (20) 23 x 1 stitch, for this knit the last 2 stitches before the central pattern together knitwise, and the first 2 stitches after the central pattern together using a yarn over (= slip 1 stitch as knit, knit 1 stitch and pull it through the slipped stitch); areas of stockinette are reduced by 1 stitch. Then knit on the remaining
49 (51) 53 stitches of both pieces for another 2 cm = 6 circular rows (3 cm = 8 circular rows) 3.5 cm = 10 circular rows according to the pattern without decreases. On the sleeves, decrease from the beginning of the yoke on both sides in every 4th circular row 10 (12) 14 x 2 stitches as follows: from the right side 1 stitch of purl (= former selvedge), 1 stitch in the hole, 1 stitch of purl, knit 3 stitches together using a yarn over (= slip 1 stitch as knit, knit 2 stitches together knitwise and pull this stitch through the slipped stitch); from the left side, knit 3 stitches together knitwise, 1 stitch of purl, 1 stitch in the hole, 1 stitch of purl (= former selvedge) = 13 stitches for the sleeve. At the height of the yoke 14.5 cm = 40 circular rows (17 cm = 48 circular rows) 20 cm = 56 circular rows, knit on all 124 (128) 132 stitches for the band another 2 cm in ribbing, while in the 1st circular row knit the 2 outer stitches of the cable together purlwise = 116 (120) 124 stitches. After that, knit 2 circular rows in the "cord" pattern and bind off all stitches with single yarn knitwise. Height of the band = 3 cm.
Assembly: sew the edges of the armholes of the front and back to the edges of the armholes of the sleeves. Make the side seams and sleeve seams.
