Size: 40/42

You will need: 600 g of green yarn Merino de Luxe (100% merino wool, 150 m/50 g), straight and circular needles No. 3.

Ribbing: knit alternately 2 knit, 2 purl.

Stockinette stitch: knit rows — knit stitches, purl rows — purl stitches.

Diamond pattern: the number of stitches is a multiple of 36 + 2 edge stitches. Knit according to chart 1, which shows only knit rows; in purl rows, knit stitches according to the pattern, purl the yarn overs, and when there are 2 yarn overs in a row, knit 1 yarn over as purl, and the other yarn over as twisted purl. Repeat between the edge stitches the pattern repeat and in the 33rd row cross over 4 knit stitches over each diamond, except at the beginning and end of the row. Repeat 5 times from the 1st to the 4th row, then perform once from the 5th to the 60th row.

Lace pattern: knit as the diamond pattern, but according to chart 2. Perform once from the 1st to the 60th row.

Lace yoke: knit according to chart 3, in purl rows knit all stitches and yarn overs as purl; when there are 2 yarn overs in a row, knit 1 yarn over as purl, and the other yarn over as twisted purl. Perform once from the 1st to the 42nd row, then continue knitting the yoke as needed.

Sequence of pattern alternation: 50 rows of diamond pattern, 60 rows of lace pattern, then knit in stripes of braids, and in between knit stockinette stitch.

Gauge: 25 stitches and 34.5 rows = 10 × 10 cm.

Back: cast on 146 stitches and knit in the specified sequence. After 38 cm = 130 rows from the cast-on edge, start knitting the lace yoke on the middle 8 stitches. After 65 cm = 224 rows from the cast-on edge, bind off the middle 28 stitches for the neck opening and finish both sides separately. For rounding, bind off 1 × 5 stitches and 1 × 4 stitches from the inside in every 2nd row. After 67 cm = 230 rows from the cast-on edge, bind off the remaining 50 stitches at the shoulders on each side.

Front: knit the same way, but with a deeper neck opening. To do this, after 61 cm = 210 rows from the cast-on edge, bind off the middle 16 stitches and for rounding, bind off in every 2nd row 2 × 3 stitches, 2 × 2 stitches, and 5 × 1 stitch.

Sleeves: cast on 74 stitches and knit in the specified sequence of patterns. Simultaneously, after 7 cm = 24 rows from the cast-on edge, increase for the sleeve slopes on both sides in every 8th row 31 × 1 stitch = 136 stitches, including the added stitches in the pattern. After 44 cm = 152 rows from the cast-on edge, bind off all stitches.

Assembly: sew the shoulder seams. Along the edge of the neck opening, cast on 100 stitches on circular needles and knit 3 cm of ribbing. Then bind off all stitches as per the pattern. Set in the sleeves. Perform side seams and sleeve seams.
