Sweater with a collage of patternshttp://klubok.work/1/3/5694/Klubok

Sizes: 34/36 (40/42) 46/48
You will need: 550 (650) 750 g of dark gray yarn (100% sheep's wool, 120 m/50 g); straight and circular needles No. 4.5.

Garter stitch: Rows: knit and purl rows — knitted stitches. In circular rows: alternately 1 round purl, 1 round knit.

Lace pattern: number of stitches is a multiple of 18 + 1 + 2 edge stitches. Work according to chart 1, which shows only knit rows; on the purl rows all stitches and yarn overs should be purled or as indicated. Start with 1 edge stitch, repeat the repeat, end with stitches after the repeat and 1 edge stitch. Repeat 1 time from rows 1 to 22, then repeat from row 23 to 26.

Cable pattern: number of stitches is a multiple of 6 + 2 edge stitches. Work according to chart 2, which shows knit and purl rows. Begin with 1 edge stitch, stitches before the repeat, repeat the repeat, end with stitches after the repeat and 1 edge stitch. Repeat from row 1 to row 8.

Gauge. Lace pattern: 20 stitches and 25 rows = 10 x 10 cm; cable pattern: 20 stitches and 15 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back: cast on 99 (111) 129 stitches and knit 1 wrong-side row with purl stitches. This row is not counted in the total for the next steps. Next, work in lace pattern. After 36 cm = 90 rows from the cast-on edge, continue in the cable pattern, decreasing evenly in the 1st row by 92 (110) 128 stitches. After 2.5 cm = 4 rows from the start of the cable pattern, bind off 1 x 3 stitches for the armholes on both sides. After 24 cm = 36 rows (26.5 cm = 40 rows) 29 cm = 44 rows from the start of the cable pattern, bind off the remaining 86 (104) 122 stitches.

Front: knit the same, but with a neckline. For this, after 19 cm = 28 rows (21.5 cm = 32 rows) 24 cm = 36 rows from the cable pattern, bind off the middle 18 (22) 26 stitches and finish the two sides separately. To shape the neckline, bind off on the inner edge every 2nd row: 1 x 4, 2 x 2, 1 x 1 stitch. The remaining 25 (32) 39 stitches of the shoulder bind off at the back height.

Sleeves: cast on 57 stitches and knit 1 wrong-side row. Then knit in lace pattern. After 9 cm = 22 rows from the cast-on edge, increase for sleeve shaping on both sides by 1 x 1 stitch, then in every 6th row 13 times (in every 6th row 2 times and in every 4th row 17 times) alternately in every 4th row and in every 2nd row 16 times by 1 stitch = 85 (97) 107 stitches, including the increases in the pattern. After 33 cm = 82 rows (33 cm = 82 rows) 31 cm = 78 rows from the cast-on edge, continue in the cable pattern, distributing the pattern from the center. After 21 cm = 32 rows from the cable pattern, bind off all stitches.

Finishing: sew shoulder seams; along the neckline pick up 85 (93) 101 stitches on circular needles, knit 2 cm = 4 rounds in garter stitch, then all stitches bind off purlwise. Sew in the sleeves, sew side seams and sleeve seams.
