Sizes: 38/40 (46/48)

You will need: 550 (650) g of beige yarn Eco (100% organic cotton, 90 m/50 g): straight needles No. 4.5 and No. 5; circular needles No. 4.5.

Garter stitch: knit all rows. In circular rows, alternate between 1 round knit and 1 round purl.

Lace pattern: number of stitches is a multiple of 15 + 6 + 2 edge stitches. Knit according to the chart, which shows only the right-side rows; in the wrong-side rows, knit all stitches and yarn overs purlwise. Start with 1 edge stitch, repeat the pattern, and finish with stitches after the pattern and 1 edge stitch. Knit rows 1 to 10 once, then repeat rows 3 to 10.

Gauge: 17 sts and 22.5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back: cast on 83 (98) sts with needles No. 4.5 and knit 2 cm = 5 rows of garter stitch for the hem, starting with 1 wrong-side row. Then switch to needles No. 5 and knit in lace pattern. After 36.5 cm = 82 rows from the hem, bind off 3 sts on both sides for the armholes, and in every 2nd row bind off 3 x 2 sts and 1 x 1 st = 63 (78) sts. After 55 cm = 124 rows (58.5 cm = 132 rows) from the hem, bind off the middle 27 (34) sts for the neck and finish each side separately. To round the neckline, bind off 1 x 2 and 1 x 1 sts at the inner edge in every 2nd row. After 58 cm = 130 rows (61.5 cm = 138 rows) from the hem, bind off the remaining 15 (19) sts for the shoulders on each side. Front: knit the same way, but for a deeper neckline, bind off the middle 13 (20) sts after 47 cm = 106 rows (50.5 cm = 114 rows) from the hem, and in every 2nd row bind off 1 x 3, 3 x 2, and 1 x 1 sts.

Sleeves: cast on 41 (56) sts with needles No. 4.5 and knit the hem as on the back. Then switch to needles No. 5 and knit in lace pattern as follows: start with 1 edge st and the stitches from the arrow, knit 2 (3) patterns, 1 edge st. At the same time, from the hem, increase for the sleeve slopes on both sides every 8th row by 10 x 1 st = 61 (76) sts, including the increased sts in the pattern. After 40 cm = 90 rows from the hem, bind off for the cap of the sleeve 3 (5) sts on both sides, and in every 2nd row bind off 11 x 2 sts. After 50.5 cm = 114 rows from the hem, bind off the remaining 11 (22) sts.

Assembly: sew the shoulder seams. Around the neckline, cast on 82 (96) sts with circular needles and knit the hem in garter stitch. At a height of 2 cm for the hem, bind off all stitches knitwise. Set in the sleeves, sew the side seams and sleeve seams.
