Cardigan - bomber with voluminous sleeves

By the way, this cozy cardigan is quite easy to knit, but due to the voluminous "malinkas," it consumes quite a lot of yarn. So, shall we get started?

Cast on the number of stitches needed for the back, in my case, it's 100. Knit 5-7 cm in ribbing and switch to garter stitch (all rows knit). A straight fabric up to the shoulder. I knitted the front pieces separately, so I just shaped the neckline on the back and closed the stitches. Next, we knit the front pieces in the same way. At chest level, we begin to make decreases for the front neckline.

Now for the most interesting part - the sleeves! This is where all the flavor lies))). We start the sleeves the same way with ribbing, then switch to the raspberry pattern.

P/6+5+2 edge stitches

Row 1: 2 purl, 1 knit, 2 purl, from one stitch make 5 stitches (1 knit, 1 yarn over, 1 knit, 1 yarn over, 1 knit) and so on.

Row 2: 2 knit, * 1 purl, 9 knit, * 2 knit.

Rows 3, 4, 5, 6: according to the pattern.

Row 7: 2 purl, from one stitch make 5 stitches (1 knit, 1 yarn over, 1 knit, 1 yarn over, 1 knit), 2 purl, 5 stitches together knit, and so on.

Row 8: 9 knit, 1 purl, and so on.

Rows 9, 10, 11, 12: according to the pattern.

Row 13: 2 purl, 5 stitches together knit, 2 purl, from one stitch make 5 stitches (1 knit, 1 yarn over, 1 knit, 1 yarn over, 1 knit), and so on.

Row 14: 2 knit, * 1 purl, 9 knit, * 2 knit.

Rows 15, 16, 17, 18: according to the pattern.

Row 19: repeat from the first row.

Make even increases on both sides of the sleeves so that the sleeves are sufficiently voluminous. Once you've knitted the required length, close the sleeves. Sew all the pieces together, pick up stitches along the edges of the front pieces and the neckline of the back and knit the ribbing band. Once you've knitted the required width of the band, close the stitches. Our Malinka bomber is ready!
