Tip: The design is written using a cable needle, but if you are an experienced knitter, it may be easier to simply pull the stitch a little to lengthen it, slip it off the left needle, and knit the next stitch knit/purl, either before or after it, to have it in front/back of the knitting.
Neckline and yoke
Using 1 strand of each yarn held together, cast on 48 (56) 64 (72) 72 (80) 80 (80) sts on short needles.
For smaller sizes, cast on stitches loosely so that your head can pass freely through the neckline (you may want to increase the needle size by 1-2 sizes).
For larger sizes, cast on stitches more tightly (using needles 1-2 sizes smaller).
Working in the round, knit according to Increase Chart.
Stop where indicated for your size.
