BODY

Cast on 266 (302) 334 (370) stitches on circular needles 2.5 mm. Knit ribbing 1x1 (1 knit, 1 purl) for 5 cm. Place markers, separating 133 (151) 167 (185) stitches for the front and back. Continue as follows: knit 21 (27) 33 (38) stitches in stockinette stitch, pattern according to chart A, 18 (21) 23 (27) stitches in stockinette stitch, pattern according to chart B, 18 (21) 23 (27) stitches in purl stitch, pattern according to chart C, knit stockinette stitch in the round = 133 (151) 167 (185) stitches for the back and 141 (159) 175 (193) stitches for the front.

The pattern is knitted only on the front. Ensure that the central stitch of the front aligns with the center of chart B.

At a height of 7 (9) 11 (13) cm, place 4 new markers as follows: Place 1 marker on each side of chart B = 31 stitches between each marker.

Place 2 markers on the back on either side of the central 27 stitches.

In the next row, make increases at the locations of the markers as follows:

* Knit as before until the first marker, increase 1 stitch, continue as before until the second marker, increase 1 stitch*, repeat from * to * once more = 4 stitches increases in 1 row.

Continue knitting back and forth in stockinette stitch between the edge stitches. At a height of 46 (50) 54 (58) cm, begin shaping the slopes with short rows as follows:

FRONT

Continue knitting back and forth in stockinette stitch between the edge stitches. At a height of 45 (49) 53 (57) cm, evenly decrease 4 stitches over the cable according to the middle pattern = 149 (167) 183 (201) stitches. In the next row, bind off the middle 33 (35) 37 (39) stitches for the neckline.

Continue each side separately, binding off for the neckline at the beginning of every other row 3,3,2,2,1,1,1 stitch = 45 (53) 60 (68) stitches.

At the same time, shape the slopes as on the back. While working according to chart A/C, decrease 2 stitches over the cables = 43 (51) 58 (66) stitches for the shoulder.

Knit 1 row in stockinette stitch for all stitches.

Bind off stitches.

Knit the second side the same way, but mirrored.

ASSEMBLY

Sew the shoulder seams.

NECKLINE

Starting from the left shoulder, cast on approximately 14-15 stitches for 5 cm. The number of stitches should be even.

Knit ribbing 1x1 for 3 cm. Then knit 1 row purl = fold row.

Continue knitting in ribbing. Bind off loosely according to the pattern.

Fold the neckline edge in half to the wrong side and sew it down with loose stitches.

SLEEVE

Starting from the bottom edge, cast on 152 (162) 174 (186) stitches on circular needles 2.5 mm around the armhole. Place a marker before the first and after the last stitch = marked stitches. Knit in stockinette stitch. When the length of the sleeve reaches 4

cm, decrease 1 stitch from each side of the marker, knitting 2 stitches together knitwise with a left-leaning decrease before the marker and 2 stitches together after the marker.

Knit ribbing 1x1 for 8 cm. Bind off stitches according to the pattern. Knit the second sleeve.
