Needles No. 7 (main)
Needles No. 4.5 or No. 5
Kid mohair on silk
Yarn consumption 6 skeins of 25g 230m
Size 42-46 (approximately: length 58cm, width 55, sleeve 68-from neck bend)
Additional needle for braids
Elastic thread or spandex
Technique:
1. knit from the bottom in a circle to the armholes
2. knit the front and back separately to the neck
3. knit the neck in a circle
4. for the sleeve, pick up stitches from the armholes and knit in a circle.
The pattern chart is given for a rapport of 30 stitches.

FRONT
Mark the center of the front with a marker.
Knit about 18-20 cm on the front and perform the shoulder slope, which will be approximately 7cm in height.
Close stitches in each right side row. In each wrong side row, do not knit the last stitch - this will create a smooth slope without a step. For each shoulder, you need to close 61 stitches. As a result of forming the shoulder slopes, there should be 58 stitches left on the needles for knitting the neck.
Leave 58 stitches on the needles and start knitting the back.

BACK
Mark the center of the back with a marker.
Knit to a height of 20-22cm (the back at the shoulders is always higher than the front) and begin to form the shoulder slope similarly to the front.
Close 50 stitches on each side at the shoulders and leave 50 stitches on the needles for the neck.

NECKLINE
Join the neck of the front and back and knit in a circle to the desired height, making overlaps according to the pattern calculation of 27 stitches (9x3).
Close in the usual way. For elasticity and a nice fit, I thread an elastic thread (spandex or elastane) into the edge.
Join the shoulder seams of the back and front with a mattress stitch.

BODY

Cast on with needles No. 4.5
170 stitches, join in a circle and knit ribbing 1x1 for about 15-17 rows (5-6 cm).
Switch to needles No. 7.
Knit a row in knit stitches, increasing the number of stitches to 330; you can increase the number of stitches all at once in one row or gradually, stretching the pleasure over 2-3 rows.
330 stitches - this is 11 pattern rapports. One rapport is 30 stitches (10x3).
Distribution of rapports: 6 on the front (180 stitches) and 5 (150 stitches) on the back.
After knitting 5-6 rows after the ribbing and having 330 stitches on the needles, execute the pattern according to the chart.
Knit to the armhole line for about 30cm (considering the ribbing). Make the distribution of knitting between the back and front (6 pattern rapports on the front and 5 on the back).

SLEEVES
From the edge of the armhole, pick up stitches for the sleeve based on 5 rapports of 27 (9x3) stitches.
Increases can be made over several rows.
After knitting 5-6 rows, knit the pattern according to the chart.
Gradually decrease the pattern rapport to 21 stitches (7x3). After knitting the sleeve to the desired length, reduce the number of stitches to 40, switch to needles No. 4.5, and knit ribbing 1x1 for 5-6cm, then close the ribbing.
Thread an elastic thread along the edge of the ribbing. Also thread an elastic thread along the bottom of the ribbing and along the boundary between the ribbing and the main fabric, which will prevent the product from losing its shape and the ribbing from stretching excessively.
