This pattern is for size 50, but it can also be knitted for a smaller size, resulting in a looser fit.
⠀
Materials needed: skein yarn Pecci Filati art. Morbido (60% baby alpaca, 25% merino, 15% PA) 188 m / 100 g, or any other with similar yardage; needles 5.5 mm, 4.5 mm.
⠀
Gauge (stockinette) with 5.5 mm needles: 15 sts x 23 rows in 10 cm.
⠀
Cast on 82 sts (+1) using 4.5 mm needles, join in the round and twist to create a neat edge when turning; knit in twisted 1x1 rib for 22 cm. (approx. 50 rounds).
⠀
Switch to 5 mm needles. Knit the yoke according to the chart in the carousel, not forgetting to work the central pattern with nodes (chart in the carousel), and also on the sleeves knit the seed stitch pattern (see carousel). The raglan line consists of 1 knit stitch, increases were made using yarn overs: on the sleeves every 3rd row, on the front and back – every 2nd row.
⠀
Knit the required length of the raglan line (25.5 cm). Slip the sleeve stitches onto an extra thread, add the raglan line stitches to the body of the sweater, and also increase by 4 stitches for underarm shaping.
⠀
Knit to the required length in the round, bearing in mind that the bottom will have a 4.5 cm ribbing (10 rounds), which is also knitted with twisted stitches. Bind off the stitches using the Italian method with a needle.
⠀
Knit the sleeves. Transfer the sleeve stitches previously placed on needles, the 4 underarm stitches, and also increase by 1 stitch between the underarm and the body to avoid holes. Knit 90 rounds in pattern, making decreases on the 6th row, and then 11 decreases every 7th row. That is, decrease by 2 stitches on rows 6, 13, 20, 27, 34, 41, 48, 55, 62, 69, 76, 83. Then knit a twisted rib for 10 rows and bind off the stitches with a needle.
⠀
Block and wear with pleasure!
