Pattern for a knitted jacket

The number of stitches is a multiple of 21+2 edge stitches.
Even rows are knitted according to the pattern.
Row 1: 5 knit, 10 purl, 5 knit, 1 purl.
Row 3: yarn over, 4 knit, 2 stitches together knit leaning left, 8 purl, 2 stitches together knit leaning right, 4 knit, yarn over, 1 purl.
Row 5: 1 knit, yarn over, 4 knit, 2 stitches together knit leaning left, 6 purl, 2 stitches together knit leaning right, 4 knit, yarn over, 1 knit, 1 purl.
Row 7: 2 knit, yarn over, 4 knit, 2 stitches together knit leaning left, 4 purl, 2 stitches together knit leaning right, 4 knit, yarn over, 2 knit, 1 purl.
Row 9: 3 knit, yarn over, 4 knit, 2 stitches together knit leaning left, 2 purl, 2 stitches together knit leaning right, 4 knit, yarn over, 3 knit, 1 purl.
Row 11: 4 knit, yarn over, 4 knit, 2 stitches together knit leaning left, 2 stitches together knit leaning right, 4 knit, yarn over, 4 knit, 1 purl.
Repeat rows 1 – 12.
The pattern is good for sweaters, cardigans, pullovers.
