Slippers with knitting needles

Size: 35/37 — 38/40 — 42/44

Foot length: 22 — 24 — 27 cm

Needles No. 6 — or size needed to achieve 13 stitches x 17 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Garter stitch (knit back and forth): all rows knit.

Instruction for increasing stitches: increase by 1 stitch on the right side, making a yarn over. On the return row, knit the yarn over through the back loop to avoid holes.

Slippers: knit back and forth from toe to heel.

Cast on 12-13-14 stitches on needles No. 6 (leaving a yarn tail of about 30 cm for sewing). Mark the 4th and 9-10-11 stitches with a marker. Knit in stockinette stitch, while also increasing by 1 stitch on each side of both markers, and repeat the increases every other row a total of 4 times = 28-29-30 stitches.

 At a height of 9-10-11 cm, knit the next row as follows: 7 stitches of garter stitch, 14-15-16 stitches of stockinette stitch, 7 stitches of garter stitch. Continue in this manner until a height of 22-24-27 cm, then bind off.

Assembly: sew and tighten the toe of the slipper with yarn.

Slippers with leaves are very delicate and warm.
