How to knit slipper sneakers with needles.
We knit the cuff.
On circular needles No. 3, cast on 48 sts for sizes 35-39 and (56 sts for sizes 40-44) and distribute them on 4 needles, 12 (14) sts on each.
Knit 10 rounds with 1x1 ribbing, so that you have a strip of 4 knits on the back of the cuff and a strip of 2 knits on the front part of the cuff, i.e.:
1st needle: 2 knits, [1 purl, 1 knit] x5 (x6)
2nd needle: [1 purl, 1 knit] x6 (x7)
3rd needle: [1 knit, 1 purl] x6 (x7)
4th needle: [1 knit, 1 purl] x5 (x6), 2 knits.
For the next 13 rounds:
— continue knitting the front as before, and at the back make 2 vertical stripes of purl sts, as follows:
1st needle: 2 knits, 1 purl, 9 knits (11 knits)
2nd needle: 2 knits, [1 purl, 1 knit] x5 (x6)
3rd needle: [1 knit, 1 purl] x5 (x6), 2 knits.
4th needle: 9 knits (11 knits), 1 purl, 2 knits.
We knit the heel.
Knit 1 more round and then move all the sts from the 1st needle to the 4th, then knit only on these sts.
Turn the work, slip the 1st st. unknit in each row, knit 24 (28) rows in stockinette stitch continuing to knit the vertical stripes of purl sts through the entire heel.
Heel turn.
Slip 1 st. and knit in stockinette stitch to 7 (9) sts left, decrease left and turn your work.
Slip 1 st. and knit in stockinette stitch to 7 (9) sts left, knit 2 purls together, turn your work.
Slip 1 st. and knit in stockinette stitch to 6 (8) sts left, decrease left and turn your work.
Continue in this manner until 12 sts remain.
Knit 1 more row on these 12 sts (slip 1 st., 11 knits).
Using a free needle, pick up 13 (15) sts along the heel and knit them through the back loop.
Continue knitting ribbing on the 2nd and 3rd needles, as before, knitting the last st. together with the st. from the lifted 13 (15) sts until they are finished.
Divide the 12 sts of the heel in half, on the 4th and 1st needles, 6+6.

Continue knitting in stockinette stitch on the 1st and 4th needles, and ribbing on the 2nd and 3rd needles, as before (up to the toe decreases)
Make decreases for the toe at the end of the 1st needle (2 knits together) and at the beginning of the 4th (decrease left) in every row, until there are 12 (14) sts left on each needle.
Start shaping the toe when the desired length of the cuff is reached, and the little toe is completely hidden.
We knit the toe.
1st and 3rd needles: knit to the last 3 sts, 2 knits together, 1 knit.
2nd and 4th needles: 1 knit, decrease left, knit all remaining sts.
Make decreases every 2nd round, until 7 (8) sts remain on each needle, then make decreases in every round. When there are 2 sts left on each needle, cut the yarn and pull it through the remaining sts and pull tight and secure from the back.
Plackets with holes for laces.
Make plackets on the front (top) part of the toe. Pick up every 2nd st. along the edge from the beginning of the ribbing, starting from the cuff to the toe.

Knit 4 rows in stockinette stitch. Start knitting a knit row (one placket from the cuff to the toe, the other placket from the toe to the cuff).
Row with holes: *2 knits together, yarn over, 2 knits.*
Knit one more row purl and close all sts.

Knit 2 laces about 140 cm long.
Cast on 2 sts on a circular needle. Knit the sts as knits, bringing the yarn behind the work, starting from the first st., continue until the desired length, about 140 cm.

Using a hook (or needle with a chain stitch) create decorative stripes on the back of the toe and along the edges of the plackets.

Knit the sole of the slipper-sneakers with needles.
Notes: yarn overs are needed for holes in the sole.

In the photo, the toe stitches are on three needles, but for a neater result, it is better to transfer the stitches to one needle.

Close the stitches with black yarn.

Knit or embroider a stripe on the sides of the slipper and around the heel with black yarn.
We knit the white tip of the slipper in stockinette stitch.
Turn the sole with the purl side to you and pick up 4 sts in the center of the toe, behind the white bridges. You will see them from the back of the black rim.

4 purls, then skip one (from the rim), pick up a new st. from the rim and knit it purl, turn the work.
Now slip the first st., knit 4 knits, skip a st. from the rim and pick up a new st., as you did before, knit it knit and turn the work. Slip the 1st st. and so on until you have 2 purl sts left on each side of the rim. Close the stitches. Do not cut the yarn...
To finish, crochet the tip of the slipper with slip stitch, as shown in the photo.

We knit a decorative badge.
Crochet 4 chains and connect them in a circle with a slip stitch.
Row 1: 2 chains for rise and 14 double crochets in a circle, slip stitch in the 2nd chain of rise.
Row 2: 1 chain for rise, *2 single crochets in the next st., 1 single crochet in the next st.*, repeat from * to * until the end of the row, slip stitch in the chain of rise.
Cut the yarn.
Using black yarn and a needle, embroider a star, as shown in the photo.

Stuff the toe, for example, with plastic bags, put the slipper on top and pin it to the toe with pins. Then sew along the black decorative stripes with black yarn and small stitches. Also sew the white trim of the toe with white threads.

Knitted sneakers slippers are ready!
