Slippers on two needles. Calculate stitches as for regular socks minus 5-6 stitches (I got 40-6=34 stitches). I used yarn with 100-120m or 240 in two strands. First, we knit the fabric on 2 needles: the first and last 6-7 stitches are knit in garter stitch, the rest - stockinette stitch. When you have knitted a sufficient length, switch to 5 needles and finish like a toe (or mitten). We make a seam on the heel. I also inserted a cord for beauty and convenience.
