The model is knitted based on a regular rectangle. We have already looked at something similar, remember? However, this model is a little more complicated... What you need: 1. Choose yarn for the item. It’s better if it’s wool, of course. The feet are cozier… 2. Choose the needles for the selected yarn. Cast on 50 stitches and knit: Even rows - Selvedge, *purl, knit*, repeat ** a total of 5 times, purl, 26 knits, *purl, knit* - 6 times (to the end of the row). Odd rows – selvedge, *knit, purl*, repeat ** a total of 5 times, knit, 26 knits, *knit, purl* - to the end of the row. That is, in odd rows we simply knit "according to the pattern". As a result, we get a fabric: on the edges – regular 1*1 ribbing, in the middle – garter stitch.

Knit the rectangle to a height equal to the length of our foot minus 2 cm. Next, three rows with decreases. Moreover, we do not touch the segments with ribbing (the first and last 12 stitches of the fabric), we only decrease the stitches of the garter stitch. It will look as follows: Row 1 – 12 stitches of ribbing (including the selvedge, *knit 2 stitches together knit* - 13 times, 12 stitches of ribbing Row 2 – 12 stitches of ribbing, *knit 2 stitches together knit* - 6 times, 1 knit, 12 stitches of ribbing Row 3 - 12 stitches of ribbing, knit 2 stitches together knit, 3 stitches together, 2 stitches together, 12 stitches of ribbing. In the next row, we close all stitches. Fold the piece in half and sew the edges… trying on the slippers on the foot.

Knit the second slipper in exactly the same way. And optionally decorate the item; you can simply crochet around the top of the slipper.
