Knitted Roses

Cast on 20 stitches on the needles and knit on them a double rib (to make a tube) a strip about 60-70 cm long. Bind off the stitches. Now cast on 4 stitches on the needles and knit a strip in stockinette stitch. After knitting the first 2 rows, when knitting the edge stitch, insert the needle into the edge of the double strip and pull the thread through it and knit it together with the edge stitch. Knit further 4 rows and again grab the edge of the double strip, leaving a gap of about 5-6 cm from the previous grabbing point, knit the grabbed edge together with the edge stitch. And knit like this until we attach the entire double strip. We get a piece like in photo 016. Now twist the strip of 4 stitches into a spiral and secure with thread and needle. Arrange the petals of the rose.
It's better to use thin threads, and not very elastic.
