One-sided knitting. Used for knitting sweaters, jackets, coats. The number of stitches is a multiple of sixteen plus two for the edge. Cast on 34 stitches and knit according to the pattern.

Rows 1, 5, and 9 - 1 purl, 8 knits, 1 purl, 2 knits, 2 purls, 2 knits, etc. to the end of the row.

Rows 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 14, 16, and 18 are knitted "as the knitting looks".

Rows 3 and 7 - 10 purls, 2 knits, 2 purls, 2 knits, etc. to the end of the row.

Rows 10 and 20 are knitted with purl stitches.

Rows 10, 15, and 19 - 1 knit, 1 purl, 2 knits, 2 purls, 2 knits, 1 purl, 7 knits, etc. to the end of the row.

Rows 13 and 17 - 2 purls, 2 knits, 2 purls, 2 knits, 8 purls, etc. to the end of the row.

Starting from row 21, repeat the pattern from row 1.
