Pattern diagram and yoke diagram of the blouse
0 - these are the stitches from which we will knit the eyes and body of the fish, on the yoke 0 - indicates the locations of the fish itself
Diagram of the fish's eyes
Now let's see how to knit the fish itself. After we have knitted both eyes, we knit the next row as the stitches show (purl). In the next row, we start knitting the fish itself, this is the stitch between the two eyes.
From one stitch, we knit 9 knit stitches (1 knit, yarn over, 1 knit, yarn over, 1 knit, yarn over, 1 knit, yarn over, 1 knit.)
Explanation of the diagram:
1 - from one knit stitch pull out 5 stitches (1 knit, yarn over, 1 knit, yarn over, 1 knit), turn the work.
2 - knit these stitches purl, turn the work.
3 - slip the first three stitches onto the right needle and swap them, making the 3rd the 1st.
4 - in this order, knit them knit. Knit the two stitches on the left needle together knit-wise through the back loops.
5 - yarn over the first three stitches over the last - the fourth.
6 - as a result, we have one stitch again, the stitches look nice forward.
This way we got one eye of the fish. The second eye is knitted in a similar way.

After knitting three rows, we start decreasing from both sides of the fish's body, actually decreasing those stitches that we added, while knitting two together with a tilt to the right and to the left. We make the decreases every other row.
We knit the last three stitches of the fish as follows: knit the first and third stitches together through the back loops and pull the resulting stitch through the second, resulting in one stitch.
Now let's knit the fish's tail
Tail diagram:
Not reaching 4 stitches (the center included in the calculation) to the center of the tail, insert the needle into the hole of the second decrease on the fish's body and pull out a stitch of the required length for the knitted row, knit 8 stitches and repeat the operation of pulling out the stitch for the tail.
In the next row, knit the pulled stitch and the stitch after it together.
Not reaching 3 stitches (the center included in the calculation) to the center of the tail, insert the needle into the hole of the third decrease on the fish's body and pull out a stitch of the required length for the knitted row, knit 6 stitches and repeat the operation of pulling out the stitch for the tail.
In the next row, knit the pulled stitch and the stitch after it together.
Not reaching 2 stitches (the center included in the calculation) to the center of the tail, insert the needle into the hole of the third decrease on the fish's body and pull out a stitch of the required length for the knitted row, knit 4 stitches and repeat the operation of pulling out the stitch for the tail.
In the next row, knit the pulled stitch and the stitch after it together.
Now, reaching the central stitch of the tail, insert the needle into the hole of the last decrease on the fish's body and pull out a stitch of the required length for the knitted row.
In the next row, knit the pulled stitch and the stitch after it together.
Watch the video, although the fish knitting is done a bit differently there
