Voluminous lines Dedri simply draws with a crochet hook!

Stylecraft Mandala Texture Sophie's Mandala Part 3 {Large}

To demonstrate the main techniques of crochet, the author provides a photo, starting from the outline circle.

In the photo tutorial, it is crocheted with lilac color.

The edge of the lilac row was initially crocheted with a “crab stitch”. Then, with a soft pink thread, crochet half double crochets under the base of the previous row's double crochet to the midpoint between the previous zigzags.

Make 3 back double crochets; for this, use the hook to pick up a loop under the base of the double crochet, 3 chain stitches, 3 double crochets under the base of the double crochet, then crochet half double crochets to the next midpoint between the zigzags.

With yellow thread, crochet double crochets, over the chain of half double crochets crochet 6 double crochets, a picot of 2 chain stitches, again 6 double crochets, crochet around the chain of chain stitches with the thread.

With light pink thread

* from the picot of the previous row, crochet 6 chain stitches, then over the double crochets made with pale lilac thread, crochet 3 front double crochets, making sure the edge of the stitches from the previous row remains under the double crochet.

Then skipping 2 stitches, crochet 2 single crochets until the next double crochets, crochet 3 front double crochets, a chain of 6 chain stitches, secure in the picot of the previous row with a single crochet. *

Then repeat the pattern **

Next — crochet according to the photo tutorial.
