PATTERN WITH NEEDLES

This pattern slightly tightens the fabric when knitting, due to the dropped stitches, resulting in a very dense fabric. It is perfect for knitting warm winter items, as well as for children's garments.

The repeat is 3 stitches in width and 4 rows in height.
To knit a sample, cast on a number of stitches that is a multiple of 3 +1 st. (for symmetry) +2 edge stitches.
Knit one basic row of purl stitches, then continue according to the pattern.
