Very beautiful skirt

I took a 1 mm thick hook for knitting the motif, and the yarn is Italian cotton "surf 8" 100% 670m/100g. The diameter of my motif turned out to be approximately 5.5 cm.

We make a pattern, knit samples. We cast on the required number of stitches (multiple of 4).

Row 1: 3 chain stitches for lifting, 2 double crochets in the stitch from where we knitted the 3 chain stitches for lifting, 1 chain stitch, *3 double crochets in the 4th chain stitch, 1 chain stitch*, repeat the pattern to the end of the row.
Rows 2 and following: 3 double crochets in the arch of the previous row, 1 chain stitch.

Next, we knit flower motifs. I knitted them without breaking the yarn.

The diagram shows an incorrect number of chain stitches in the second row. It should be 7 chain stitches, not 9.

The flaring of the skirt depends on how many half-motifs you place in the first row. In the skirt shown in the first image, they are placed every three motifs. In the last row, place the half-motifs in the necessary places. The bottom of the skirt should be edged with three rows of single crochets.

The top of the skirt can be edged as follows.
Row 1: 1 single crochet, *7 double crochets in the 4th stitch of the previous row, 1 single crochet in the 4th stitch of the previous row* repeat the pattern to the end of the row.
Row 2: How to phrase this correctly. In general, you need to start knitting from the 4th double crochet of the previous row. 1 single crochet, *7 double crochets in the single crochet of the previous row, 1 single crochet in the 4th double crochet of the previous row* repeat to the end of the row.
