Join a chain of 6 air stitches into a ring.
Row 1: 3 ch, 1 ch, *1 dc, 1 ch.* repeat 8 times, join.
Row 2: 2 ch, 17 sc, join.
Row 3: 1 ch, 1 ch, *1 dc, 1 dc with 2 yarn overs in the same base, 1 dc with 2 yarn overs, 1 dc in the same base, 1 ch, 1 sc* repeat 6 times, join.
Row 4: (crochet into row 2, thus the inner flower becomes bulging) 4 ch, 5 ch, *1 dc with 2 yarn overs, 5 ch* repeat 8 times, 1 dc with 2 yarn overs, 2 ch, 1 dc in the base between 4 ch and 5 ch of the beginning of the row (thus we get 10 arches and the start of the next row in the middle of the arch)
Row 5: 2 ch, 2 sc on the dc of the previous row, *6 sc in each arch of the previous row* repeat 9 times, 3 sc, join.
Row 6: 2 ch, 7 ch, *1 hdc, 7 ch* repeat 9 times, join.
Row 7: 2 ch, 6 sc in the arch, *7 sc in the arch of the previous row* repeat 9 times (you also need to add 2 sc evenly to make it look like 72 sc)
Row 8: 1 ch, 1 ch, 1 dc, 2 dc with 2 yarn overs, 2 dc with 2 yarn overs in the same base, 2 dc with 2 yarn overs, 1 dc, 1 ch, 1 sc, *1 sc, 1 ch, 1 dc, 2 dc with 2 yarn overs, 2 dc with 2 yarn overs in the same base, 2 dc with 2 yarn overs, 1 dc, 1 ch, 1 sc* repeat 7 times, join.
Next, I crochet into the fabric without breaking the yarn.
