We start the work with 192 stitches = 24 repeats and continue knitting according to this pattern:

So, after knitting two strips for the yoke (I decided to make 2 after all), we divide the repeats into parts: 10 for the back and front, and 6 for the sleeves.
On the 10 back repeats, we knit one more strip according to the pattern from rows 26 to 31. If we look at the pattern, I skipped rows 18 to 25. This is optional; you can also make a 3rd strip.

The next point is the most important: to cast on the required number of stitches for the bust. I cast on 30 connecting stitches on one side and 30 on the other for a bust size of 95 cm.

On the cast-on stitches, we add 3 repeats, totaling: 10 back repeats + 3 repeats increase + 12 front repeats + 3 repeats increase = 28 repeats. We knit them with 4 puff stitches.

I knitted the fifth strip with 5 puff stitches so as not to narrow the fabric further.

To prevent the dress from narrowing and flaring out, I do this: I knit one strip with 1 repeat with 4 puff stitches, and 1 repeat with 5 puff stitches. Thus, I knit the 6th and 7th strips.
