Row 1: 1 dc in the 5th ch from the hook, 119 dc in the next 119 ch of the base chain from the hook. Row 2: 7 ch (1 ch for lifting + 6 ch), * 1 sc in the 4th dc of the previous row from the hook*, repeat from * to * 28 times, for a total of 30 times. Then continue the work in straight and reverse rows according to the pattern up to the 10th row inclusive. Moisten the finished collar, stretch it to size, and leave it to dry.
