Starting from row 10 we knit in the wedges on the sides 5 dc each, and between them we knit a filet mesh, increasing by 1 dc in each row, between the wedges still 3 ch.

We continue! I knitted with increases up to row 15, then we start to decrease, row 16 - we decrease the number of dc in the wedge by one - I had 9 dc, it became 8 dc and so on, i.e., we decrease the number of dc in the wedge by one in each subsequent row. Then starting from row 17 we begin to knit a filet mesh between the wedges: in row 16 we had 3 ch between the wedges, and in row 17 - 2ch, 1 dc, 2 ch and so on, we increase the number of dc between the wedges by 1 in each subsequent row, good luck, photos later!

Then I knitted three rows of single crochet and then started to knit the brim.

I crocheted the upper arches with single crochets and again crocheted rows No. 19, 21, 23, then once the rapport of the fans, but I knitted not 9 double crochets, but

5 double crochets, as it was very flaring. Instead of row 4, I knitted row No. 30 from this napkin

The last arches were also crocheted with single crochets and one more row of single crochets, but already with the ribbon.
