Row 1: sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, * 3 ch, skip 3 ch, sc in the next ch; repeat from * to the end of the row.
Row 2 (right side): 3 ch (counted as the first dc here and thereafter), turn, 3 dc in the arch of 3 ch, *1 ch, 3 dc in the next arch; repeat from * to the last stitch, dc in the last sc.
Row 3: 1 ch, turn, sc in the first dc, 3 ch, *sc in the ch of the lower row, 3 ch; repeat from * to the last stitch, sc in the third ch of the turning chain of the lower row.
Repeat the last 2 rows.
