Beautiful sweater

Soft color, restrained patterns and coarse yarn – this is what a romantic-style pullover looks like. The model is knitted from sand-colored yarn.

You will need: 700 (800) g of sand-colored Palermo yarn (60% cotton, 40% polyamide, 100 m/50 g): hook No. 4. Sizes: 36/33 (44/46)

Main pattern: number of stitches multiple of 15 + 3 ch. sts for rise; knit according to chart 1. Replace the 1st dc of each row with 3 ch. sts for rise. Start with a stitch before the repeat, repeat the repeat, finish with stitches after the repeat. Repeat once from rows 1 to 4, then repeat rows 3 and 4.

Pattern stripe: first number of stitches multiple of 4 + 1 + 3 ch. sts for rise; knit like the main pattern, but according to chart 2. Repeat once from rows 1 to 8.

Sequence of pattern alternation 1: 26 rows of the main pattern, 8 rows of the pattern stripe, 10 rows of the main pattern, 8 rows of the pattern stripe, finish with the main pattern.

Sequence of pattern alternation 2: 10 rows of the main pattern, rows 3-6 of the pattern stripe, 14 rows of the main pattern. 8 rows of the pattern stripe, finish with the main pattern.

Knitting density. Main pattern: 20.5 cast-on sts and 9 rows = 10?10cm.; 3 repeats = 22 cm.; pattern stripe: 8 rows = 11cm in height.

Back/front: Knit a chain of 105 (120) ch. sts + 3 ch. sts for rise and knit in sequence 1, noting that for size 44/46 in row 1 of the 1st pattern stripe add 1 st and in the last row decrease it again. After 43 (41) cm from the cast-on edge leave for armholes on both sides 4cm. For rounding leave in each row 1?1 cm and 4 x 0.5 cm. Finish the work after 66 cm from the cast-on edge.

Sleeves: Knit a chain of 60 ch. sts + 3 ch. sts for rise and knit in sequence 2, distributing the pattern stripe stitches from the middle. Simultaneously from the cast-on edge increase for the sleeve slopes on both sides in every 12th row 3 x 0.5 cm (in every 5th row 7 x 0.5 cm), including the added stitches in the pattern. After 43 cm from the cast-on edge leave for the sleeve cap on both sides 2.5 cm, in every 2nd row 3 x 0.5 cm and in each row 2 x 0.5 cm, 1 x 1 cm and 2 x 1.5. After 57 cm from the start of the main pattern finish the work on the remaining stitches.

Assembly: Sew the shoulder seams, leaving the middle 26 cm open for the neckline. Set in the sleeves, sew the side seams and sleeve seams.
