I made a step-by-step tutorial, but without stitch calculations, because everything will depend on the size of the foot and the thickness of the yarn and hook. I used a rubber sole.

Crochet around the insoles using the holes that are already made. Mark the points with markers to guide the fixing part, which is knitted separately.

Attach the top of the slipper to the insole.

Continue knitting - we are knitting the heel. Use a marker as shown for guidance.

Knit the heel back and forth to the desired height. Then connect with a chain of air stitches to the top of the slipper.

Continue crocheting in the round (I made three rows), decreasing a few stitches at the heel to fit snugly around the foot. Finish with a crab stitch border.
