Such wonderful crocheted booties can be made not only for boys but also for girls. You just need to change the color, and instead of laces, you can use ribbons.
For the work, you will need threads of different colors: white yarn for the sole, one or two colored threads for the upper part of the bootie, as well as a hook.
We are crocheting with white yarn in two strands.
Start with a chain of 20 air stitches and continue to crochet the sole as follows:
Row 1: make one air stitch for the rise, crochet first 9 single crochets, then 9 double crochets, in the last stitch make 7 double crochets right away.
Crochet around 20 stitches on the opposite side: make 9 double crochets and another 9 single crochets, in the last stitch crochet 6 single crochets right away.
Finish the row with a slip stitch.
Row 2: make three air stitches for the rise and crochet 19 double crochets, in the next 5 stitches crochet 2 double crochets in each (1 stitch – 2 double crochets).
Crochet around the stitches on the opposite side: crochet 20 double crochets, in the remaining 5 stitches crochet 2 double crochets in each (1 stitch – 2 double crochets).
Finish the row with a slip stitch.
Row 3: make three air stitches for the rise and crochet 19 double crochets. For the next 10 stitches, crochet double crochets as follows: 2 double crochets from one stitch, 1 double crochet (no increases), 2 double crochets from 1 stitch, 1 double crochet, 2 from 1, 2 from 1, 1, 2 from 1, 1, 2 from 1.
Crochet around the stitches on the opposite side: crochet the next 20 stitches with double crochets. For the remaining 10 stitches, crochet double crochets as follows: 2 double crochets from 1 stitch, 1 double crochet (no increases), 2 from 1, 1, 2 from 1, 2 from 1, 1, 2 from 1, 1, 2 from 1.
Finish the row with a slip stitch.
Rows 4 and 5: make three air stitches for the rise and crochet the entire row with double crochets (a total of 72 stitches) without increases. At the end, make a slip stitch.
Row 6: make one air stitch for the rise and crochet all stitches with single crochets. Finish the row with a slip stitch. In this case, crochet the last stitch with a new (colored) thread in 2 strands. Do not break the white thread.
Row 7: make one air stitch for the rise and crochet the row with single crochets using the new (colored) thread. Finish with a slip stitch, crocheting the last stitch with white thread. Now you can cut the colored thread.
Row 8: make one air stitch for the rise and crochet the row with single crochets. At the end, make a slip stitch, secure the thread, and cut it.
The sole is ready. Note that the front part is larger than the back.
Now fold the sole lengthwise and from the edge (front part) count (from right to left) 8 stitches and start crocheting the upper part of the bootie with the new colored yarn:
Row 1: make three air stitches for the rise and crochet the next 58 stitches with double crochets. Do not crochet the remaining 14 stitches. Turn the work.
Row 2: make one air stitch for the rise and crochet the row with single crochets (do not crochet the 14 stitches). Turn the work.
Rows 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11: make 4 air stitches and crochet a double crochet in the 4th stitch from the beginning. Continue crocheting double crochets, and for the last 4 stitches crochet as follows: leave 3 stitches unworked, and in the last (outer) stitch make 1 double crochet with two yarn overs. Turn the work.
Rows 4, 6, 8, and 10: make 1 air stitch for the rise and crochet the entire row with single crochets.
The tongue for the sneaker bootie is crocheted separately. Start crocheting with white yarn in two strands:
Row 1: make 4 air stitches and in the first stitch crochet 6 double crochets (1 stitch – 6 double crochets) and 1 double crochet in the last stitch (a total of 7 double crochets). Turn the work.
Row 2: make 3 air stitches for the rise and then crochet 2 double crochets in each stitch (1 stitch – 2 double crochets). Without turning the work, crochet with single crochets for another 10 stitches. You can secure and cut the white thread.
Continue with the new colored thread (the yarn you used for the upper part of the bootie).
Rows 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, and 13: without turning the work, at the beginning of the row (on the right) make 3 air stitches for the rise and crochet 9 stitches with double crochets. Turn the work.
Rows 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12: make 1 air stitch for the rise and crochet 9 stitches with single crochets.
In the last row, cut the thread.
Place the tongue on the front part of the bootie sole (the place where we did not crochet 14 stitches) and carefully sew it with white threads. Crochet the edge of the sole with slip stitches (like a slip stitch). You also need to crochet the edges of the holes for threading laces with white yarn.
You can make the laces as follows: with white threads, make a chain of air stitches, the length of which will equal the length of your lace (about 200 air stitches), and crochet one row with single crochets.
Now insert the laces into the holes, and the crocheted booties are ready!

They are very easy to crochet.

Crochet the sole as follows: make a chain of 10 stitches, then make a single crochet in the 2nd stitch from the hook and the remaining 8 stitches with single crochets. In total, you will have 9 stitches, which means 9 single crochets. This was Row 1.

For Rows 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, make an air stitch and then crochet 1 single crochet in each stitch.

In Row 7, make an increase: crochet 1 single crochet in the next 4 stitches, in the 5th stitch crochet 2 single crochets, then 1 single crochet in the remaining 4 stitches, which should give you 11 single crochets.

From Row 8 to 20, crochet 1 single crochet in each stitch, totaling 11 stitches in each row, but do not forget to make an air stitch at the beginning of each row.

In Row 21, crochet 1 single crochet in the first 4 stitches, then in the 5th and 6th stitches, crochet 2 single crochets, and 1 single crochet in the remaining 4 stitches.

In Row 22, make 26 air stitches and then crochet 1 single crochet in each stitch, totaling 12 stitches, which means 12 single crochets.
In Row 27, make a decrease: crochet the first five stitches with 1 single crochet, and for the 6th and 7th stitches, crochet them together with 1 single crochet, then 1 single crochet in each of the next 5 stitches, which should give you 11 single crochets.

In Row 28, make an air stitch and crochet 1 single crochet in each stitch, totaling 11 single crochets.

In Row 29, make a decrease as follows: crochet the first 4 stitches with 1 single crochet, then crochet the 5th, 6th, and 7th stitches together with 1 single crochet, followed by 1 single crochet in each of the next 4 stitches, which should give you 9 single crochets.

In Row 30, crochet 1 single crochet in each stitch, and you should have 9 single crochets.

In Row 31, make another decrease: crochet the first 3 stitches with 1 single crochet, then crochet the 4th, 5th, and 6th stitches together with 1 single crochet, and finish with 1 single crochet in each of the last 3 stitches. You should have 7 single crochets.

In Row 32, crochet 1 single crochet in each stitch, totaling 7 single crochets. This was the last row of the foot. Do not cut the thread.

Next, crochet around the sides with 1 single crochet. On the side, you should have 35 single crochets, then on the heel with 1 single crochet, you should have 7 single crochets. The next side again with 1 single crochet, totaling 35 stitches in the toe, where the first stitch is made with a single crochet. The next stitch with a half double crochet, the next 3 stitches with single crochets, then half double crochet, and the last stitch with a single crochet.

Finish the work. In total, you should have 78 stitches around. Cut the thread. The foot is ready (oh sorry, when crocheting around the heel there should be 9 single crochets).

Mark 12 points where you will make decreases, as shown on the slipper.

Now let's proceed to the sides. Crochet as follows: make a slip stitch, i.e., attach the thread where you will make the strap (or whatever that is in Russian, sorry). Then make 2 air stitches and start crocheting towards the heel. Keep the wrong side facing you, that is, facing the front.

Row 1: 1 half double crochet in each stitch through the back loop, that is, this will be the stitch that is facing you, but where you marked, make a decrease, i.e., crochet 2 stitches together in 1 half double crochet and continue around. In total, you should have 66 half double crochets; connect with the 2nd air stitch. Do not cut the thread; continue crocheting.

Row 2: 2 air stitches, turn the work, and crochet 1 half double crochet in each stitch. Count the air stitches as the first half double crochet; in total, you should have 66 half double crochets, connect with the 2nd stitch on the air stitch.

Row 3: make 2 air stitches; the air stitches count as the first half double crochet. Turn the work and in the first stitch make a slip stitch not in the stitch but in the previous half double crochet. The next stitch is a half double crochet, and continue until the end of the row. In total, you should have 66 half double crochets, 33 of them half double crochets in the stitch, and 33 half double crochets in the front half double crochet. Connect with the 2nd stitch on the air stitch.

Row 4: make 2 air stitches, turn the work, and crochet 1 half double crochet in each stitch, finish the row by connecting with the 2nd stitch on the air stitch. Why on the air stitch? Because every time you make 2 air stitches, you count that as the first half double crochet, it should be 66 half double crochets.

Row 5: in this row, we will start making the strap; we will not turn the work in this row. 2 air stitches. Count the air stitches as half double crochet; the next will be a half double crochet through the front loops of the previous half double crochet. Next, one half double crochet in the stitch and alternate until you reach the point where you marked for the strap. Make 2 air stitches and turn the work, then crochet towards the heel with 1 half double crochet in each stitch until the next point where you marked for the strap. Do not cut the thread.

Make 2 air stitches and turn the work *1 half double crochet through the front loop of the previous half double crochet, 1 half double crochet, 1 half double crochet through the previous half double crochet, 1 half double crochet, 1 half double crochet through the previous half double crochet, and 1 half double crochet.* This will give you 6 half double crochets. Make 2 air stitches and turn the work, repeating from * Crochet for 6 rows like this. Make 1 air stitch and crochet a single crochet in each stitch, totaling 6 single crochets. Cut the thread.

From the second row, crochet through both loops.

Toe

Make a chain of 8 stitches.

Row 1: in the 2nd stitch from the hook your first single crochet, the remaining stitches single crochets until the end of the row.

Rows 2 and all subsequent rows crochet single crochets, while not forgetting to make an air stitch at the beginning of each row.

When you crochet to the desired length, crochet around exactly as you crocheted the sole, but in the corners crochet 2 single crochets in one stitch. This is to create the rounding.

I do not sew, but I crochet with a slip stitch through both stitches that are on the tongue and on the base, that is, on the side part.
8 stitches - this is for all sizes, but I adjust the length myself.

According to the description, you should crochet 11 rows of 7 single crochets and then crochet around, as I already mentioned earlier.
