As an option, you can take this scheme for the skirt

Or the scheme of this napkin, the skirt will be gorgeous:

AND YOU CAN FOLLOW THIS SCHEME...

YOKE FOR THE DRESS...

here is the scheme for the wing-like sleeves for the dress
So, let's get started.

The yarn should not be too thick. Something like Azalia or Romashka is too thick. Denim is also too thick. It should be about 400-450 m of cotton per 100 g. I crochet with a hook size of 1.3.

For a child from 6 months to 2 years, we cast on as described 91 stitches, that is, 88 main + 3 for raising. Our yoke is square, that is, we divide the number of stitches into 4 parts, resulting in 22 stitches each, or as follows: 22 stitches - back, 22 stitches - sleeve, 22 stitches - front, and 22 stitches for the second sleeve. Since the closure is at the back in the middle, we divide the back stitches in half, resulting in 11 stitches. So, we knit:

11 stitches for the back, 22 stitches for the sleeve, 22 stitches for the front, 22 stitches for the sleeve, and the other 11 stitches for the back.

That's it, we have distributed them, let's start knitting the first row.

In the 4th stitch from the beginning, we make the first double crochet (the first 3 chains are left for raising), then in the next 9 stitches, we make one double crochet each. We get 10 double crochets, in the 11th stitch we knit 2 double crochets
then we make 2 chain stitches and in the next stitch, another 2 double crochets, creating what is called a "shell" due to which the yoke will later become square. Then we knit 20 double crochets, in the 21st stitch again 2 double crochets, then 2 chain stitches and again 2 double crochets, followed by another 20 double crochets, then 2 double crochets in one stitch, 2 chain stitches, 2 double crochets in one stitch, and for the third time, 20 double crochets, then 2 double crochets in one stitch, 2 chain stitches, 2 double crochets in one stitch, and the last 10 double crochets. We start knitting the second row:

Above the last double crochet of the previous row, we knit 3 chain stitches for raising, then we continue knitting into the second double crochet of the previous row, knitting until the chain stitches:

Next, we crochet the "shell" into the chain stitches: in the first chain stitch, we knit 2 double crochets:

then 2 chain stitches, again 2 double crochets into the second chain stitch of the previous row:

and again we knit double crochets until we reach the next two chain stitches, where we repeat the above-described shell. In total, we have 4 "shells" in each row.

This is how the yoke looks after the second row:

And in the folded state, the yoke is already taking shape:

Thus, we knit the required number of rows (for children from 6 months to 2 years - this is 8-10 rows).

The yoke is ready, now we need to make the armholes. This is done as follows: we knit stitches along the back to the first "shell" (arch), making 2 double crochets in the first chain stitch:

then we make the required number of chain stitches (7-9, I made 9, as I immediately adjusted the number of stitches to fit the repeat of the skirt, so that there would be a whole number of repeats of the spikes):

Next, we skip the side and make 2 double crochets into the second chain stitch of the second arch-shell:

This is how it looks when folded:

Next, we crochet the side of the yoke, which will be the front, and again make 2 double crochets in the first stitch of the arch, 7-9 chain stitches, and 2 double crochets in the second stitch of the next arch, completing half of the back, and here is what we get:

Then we join the knitting in a circle, so from this row onward, we will knit in a circle. This is done as follows:

we insert the hook into the last of the 3 stitches for raising at the beginning of this row:

wrap the yarn around the hook:

and pull through the loops on the hook:

Then we make three stitches for raising and knit a row with "windows" and at the end of the row, we do the same, this should now be repeated at the end of each row!

Next, we knit the skirt. The 1st row of the skirt was "windows", the 2nd row - single crochets, the third row - this is already the beginning of the main pattern - the spikes.

Don’t forget to join in a circle at the end:

In the 4th row of the skirt, in the 5th row, many have the question: how to crochet a double crochet over the 2 chain stitches? Which one to crochet into? If you crochet into one of the stitches, the double crochet will not be centered, but will be shifted to one side. Therefore, it is optimal to crochet the double crochet under the arch of the 2 chain stitches like this:

we crochet 3 double crochets into the double crochet of the previous row:

Then 2 chain stitches, and then wrap the yarn around the hook for the double crochet and insert the hook under the arch:

Here is what I have:
