For the neckline, cast on 69 stitches,

About 10 rows later, I joined in a circle and on the back I knitted short rows between the raglan lines so that the back neckline was higher than the front neckline.

27th row knit the back, 1 yarn over, knit the front, 1 yarn over – close the knitting in a circle – then continue to knit the back again.
28th row knit the back, from the yarn over knit 2 knit stitches, knit the front, from the yarn over knit 2 knit stitches.
Then I knitted until the yarn ran out, adding 2 stitches on each side every 4 rows (knit the back stitches, yarn over in a twisted knit, 2 middle side stitches, again yarn over, and likewise knit the front stitches).
The last rows are knitted in garter stitch for 3 rows and close the stitches with purl stitches.

I knit with size 2 needles, as I knit loosely.
I cast on 91 stitches. I distributed the stitches as follows: edge – 16 stitches back – 2 stitches raglan line – 9 stitches sleeve – 2 stitches raglan line – 31 stitches front – 2 – 9 stitches sleeve – 2 – 16 – edge.

This is what I did when knitting the short rows on the back, it helps to avoid holes.
