Features in knitting this jacket:
the placket is knitted together with the main fabric (with the front pieces), knitted without decreases on the sides (the fabric will gather due to "ruffle", taking on a trapezoidal shape)
Tip: knit in the round (to avoid breaking the pattern roughly), although I managed not to break the pattern, I knitted the back and front pieces separately.
That seems to be all the diagrams.
Good luck to everyone in knitting!

Bells

 -purl stitch
I - Knit stitch
/ - 2 together knit through the front loop (yarn over)
- 2 together knit through the back loop
? knit 3 from 1 stitch (alternating through the front loop, through the back loop, through the front loop)
? 3 together knit (the middle stitch on top)

I knitted a "bell" for testing.
Am I understanding correctly: the rapport is 13 stitches, and as a result, only four remain from them? My last row turned out as per the diagram: three purls, a bobble, three purls....
Also: in the diagram, the 11th row is shown as purl, but as I understand, it should be knitted with knit stitches, according to the pattern, and it is described that way in the text.
And one more thought: maybe instead of knit stitches between the bobbles, purl stitches should be used? We will then have a background for the shoots made of purl stitches...

1 We assume that there are 45 bells and 14 floral motifs.
A bell can be made from 9 to 5, as preferred.
2 The last bell and the first are not separated from the placket. Thus, if we assume the width of the bell is 7 stitches, then the calculation is: 44(bells)x(7knit+4purl)+7knit=491. I usually knit the plackets right away, and then 491+10 (or 12).
3 Closing all the bells, we get: (1knit+4purl)x44+1knit=221 stitches (without the placket).
4 After knitting the bobbles, the floral motifs begin.
5 In the first floral motif, there are 5 purl stitches between the flowers: 1purl+13x(11flower+5purl)+11flower+1purl=221 stitches.
6 In the second floral motif, there are already 4 purl stitches between the flowers:
1purl+13x(11flower+4purl)+11flower+1purl=208 stitches.
7 In the third motif, there are already 3 purl stitches between them.
1purl+13x(11flower+3purl)+11flower+1purl=195 stitches.
They need to be decreased, as I understand, at the end of the floral motif.

For the front piece, I cast on 147 stitches including the edge stitches, after the "bobbles" 54 stitches remain for the "floral shoots" (for the right front piece: edge stitch, 5 purl (3purl according to the pattern and 2 purl I added at the beginning of the row for the pattern) and then according to the pattern, edge stitch). This results in 2 edge stitches, 50 stitches of the pattern, and 2 stitches I added for the pattern on the right front piece - at the beginning of the row, on the left front piece - at the end of the row. I don't know if I explained it clearly... Laughing
For the back - 266 stitches including the edge. After the "bobbles" 105 stitches remain including the edge (edge, 3 purl stitches, then patterns according to the design, ending with 3 purl, edge stitch)
