I suggest 12 easy exercises for developing motor skills. They are suitable for any situation. And there will always be something to keep the child occupied.
1. Let's do a finger massage.
Start with the thumb, from the tip of the finger to the palm, and say a phrase for each finger:
-Let's get to know your little fingers better! You see, they are all different! And they are called differently.
"This finger is the strongest, the thickest and the biggest.
This finger is for showing.
This finger is the longest, and it stands in the middle.
This finger is the ring finger. It is the most spoiled.
And the pinky, though small, is very agile and daring!"
2. You can play with the fingers.
If there are no toys at hand while walking, you can play with the fingers.
You can suggest the simplest game:
"Look, here is a little person made of two fingers. And here is how he can walk. And even run. Let's play tag! Your little person runs away, mine chases.
Look how tired they are! Look, their legs are getting tangled! And to prevent them from tangling, my little person decided to place them wide apart. What about yours?"
3. The little finger people got tired and went into a house.
Watch how I play and play too.
(We make our hands into a boat. Initially, we hide the thumbs in the "boat", then the index fingers, and so on until we bend and hide them to the middle of the fingers. We end up with fists, shifted towards each other.
4. The little fingers slept in the house and decided to go to the forest.
They took a basket (we weave our fingers into a basket) and rode a tractor to the forest. The same woven fingers are now the tractor wheels.
We turn them forward and backward and say: "Let's go, let's go, for mushrooms, for nuts." Stop! We have arrived.
Now let's pick mushrooms. (Let the scattered blocks on the floor be mushrooms. Or you can scatter pine cones in advance.) We gather them in the basket, counting the amount.)
5. It's heavy to carry! Let's load it into the car and take it away. We have arrived!
6. But suddenly a huge cloud came!
(We make a circle with our hands from the center of the chest.) A lightning flashed (we spread our hands quickly to the sides).
Thunder struck (we clap our hands), and it started to rain (we tap our fingers on the table).
And then it became very quiet. (Let’s listen to the silence).
7. Now we treat the favorite toys. And let's eat something tasty ourselves.
Part 2 of the activities. In the kitchen.
Our little finger people are great craftsmen. They can do everything!
8. Closing and opening boxes and jars with screw caps.
If you open a jar, you will find a gift inside (a vitamin, a candy, a raisin, etc.). Now let's hide a gift for Daddy and screw it tight. Bring it to Daddy.
9. And also in the kitchen, the fingers cook food.
Do you want to cook porridge yourself? Put a chair, stand up, take a pot. Pour a little cereal. Go open the faucet.
Take a cup, pour in water, add it to the cereal. Here is salt - add a little. Pour everything into the slow cooker. And I will turn it on. You did great! You cooked porridge for everyone!
Your magical fingers can do everything: play, cook porridge, and eat independently.
10. And they can wash the dishes too.
Look how it's done! Do you want to wash? And they can wipe the table.
11. And now the fingers can draw.
(We draw together, under the supervision of an adult). Let's dip a finger in paint and draw a Christmas tree. A tree. A hedgehog. Who do you want to draw?
Did we draw?
12. Let's put everything back in place, and wipe the table.
(We do everything together, in play.) Who will have no spots left on the table? Well done! You made it cleaner!
