Bouquet of blue violets

Materials

The violet leaves are made using French weaving, and the violets themselves are created using the loop technique. There is a lot of literature on this topic, so I will focus on the key points.



Prepare the following materials:

- beads, according to the variety you have chosen or any other (if you do not aim to replicate the resemblance to a specific variety of violets);
- wire in two sizes: thin 0.35-0.4 for petals and leaves (arches) and thicker for the leaf stems (for arches). You can also use even thicker wire for the stems (beads are not strung on it);
- cutters, tweezers, round-nose pliers, flat-nose pliers, scissors;
- PVA glue, threads of green or black color;
- a small flower pot; a piece of plasticine to secure the structure in the pot before pouring the solution; you can take some small stones;
- the solution in which we will "plant" our violet: I used ordinary cement – it was at hand. You can use another one, as long as it doesn't crumble.
