Ingredients:
- Mackerel (frozen, thawed) 2 pcs
- onion to taste
- water 250 ml
- cloves 6 pcs
- black peppercorns a pinch
- allspice ground 1/3 tsp
- coriander seeds a pinch
- salt 2 tsp
- sugar 0.5 tsp
- sunflower oil 2 tbsp
- apple vinegar 2.5 tbsp

Preparation:
1. Clean the mackerel, cut into pieces.
2. Boil the water, add salt, sugar, cloves, black and ground pepper, coriander, oil, and boil for 1 minute over low heat.
3. At the end, pour in the vinegar. Cool down. Slice the onion into half rings.
4. Place the fish in a bowl mixed with the onion, and pour the cooled marinade over it.
It is better to leave it to marinate for a day.
