Ingredients:
- Chicken breast fillet - 2 pcs. of 250 g each.
- spices to taste
-
salt
- garlic
-
vegetable oil.
Cooking method:
Combine your
favorite spices (I used ground coriander, pepper mix, khmeli-suneli, ground
paprika), salt, garlic through a garlic press, and vegetable oil.
Coat the chicken breast fillet well with the resulting mixture and
let it sit for about 30 minutes, or longer if desired. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to
250°C.
Place the fillet (I combined 2 pcs) on a baking tray lined with foil and bake for 12 minutes at the same temperature (if
the fillet is larger, then 15 minutes - no more). Do not overcook, otherwise the meat
will turn out dry.
Turn off the oven, DO NOT OPEN the door for
4 hours!
I did it in the evening and in the morning I had a wonderful pastrami ready. Quick, easy, and simple.
