Yarn composition: 50% cotton, 50% viscose (bamboo fiber) in 100g - 375m.
Color No. 338 (light pink).
I knitted in one strand on needles No. 2.75mm.
I chose a lace pattern from Hitomi Shida's book of 260 patterns, but I made some changes to the pattern.
I knitted the tunic in the round from the bottom up.
I cast on 270 stitches on needles No. 2.75 mm + 1 stitch to join in the round.
I knitted 3cm of 1x1 ribbing, then divided with markers on both sides for the front and back stitches.
I knitted the back in stockinette stitch, alternating 9 knit stitches with 1 purl stitch.
For the front part, I knitted in a lace pattern. The yarn does not twist, and I decided to knit up to the armpits in the round without seams.
The pattern is from the book, but from row 29, I made changes to the pattern.
twisted stitch (with straighter ends)
I knitted straight up to the armpits without increases and decreases - 39 cm. Then I knitted the front and back separately. The edge stitches are doubled and I left them unprocessed.
The neckline is rounded and finished with 1x1 ribbing 3 cm wide.
The tunic reached halfway down the thigh and 4 full pattern repeats.
I knitted the front part a few rows longer than the back.
This is noticeable at the shoulders.
I closed the shoulder seams using the three-needle bind-off method.
I knitted the neckline for the back straight without short rows.
For the shoulder slope, I knitted 5 short rows across the entire width on each side.
At the armhole, I left the double edge stitches unprocessed.
In height, there are 4 full pattern repeats.
The tunic is very soft and comfortable.
The width of the tunic is 51 cm,
Height - 63 cm.
Neckline - 17 cm.
Shoulder width - 19 cm each.
Ribbing is 3 cm wide.
(including - 5 cm shoulder slope, armhole - 19.5 cm, main part from armpit to bottom - 39 cm.)
The weight of the product is 228 grams.
