Fully knitted collar - stand with decorative stripes

After knitting to the neckline, divide the knitting into 2 parts from the center (0) 

1. Set the needles of the left half (A,B,C) and the horizontal part (D) of the right half in the NPN. Knit the section (E,F) of the right half. 
2. Decrease stitches according to the calculation (see model No. 4) of section (E) using a decker, by decreasing stitches within the fabric (the width of the decorative strip is from 3 to 6 stitches).
3. Knit from the right. After decreasing stitches, set the needles removed during the decrease in the RP, and hang the edge chains of stitches from the decreased part on them. Set these needles in the NPN.
4. Turn off the CH.V. levers, knit 1 row. Knit from the left.
5. Turn on the CH.V. levers. Set the needles in the NPN (E,F,D) and the horizontal part of the left half (C). Knit the section (A,B).
6. Knit the section (B) similarly to section (E) (see items 2-3). Set the needles of section (B,E) in the NPN, turn off the CH.V. levers, knit 1 row.
7. Knit from the right. All needles are set in the RP. Knit the straight vertical section (A,B,C,D,E,F).
8. Next, knit the shoulder slope. For this, set the shoulder needles in the NPN according to the calculation simultaneously from both sides.
9. After knitting to the high point of the shoulder, first bring the needles of the left shoulder into work, close them using a non-tightening method. Knit 1 row, then close the stitches of the right shoulder.
10. On the machine, the stitches of the neckline. Knit the required number of rows for the collar.
