Absolutely simple, but very effective in white color.
There is a complete description for a similar model in lilac color from a domestic magazine.
Wishing everyone inspiration and a wonderful new piece if you like this model!
Even beginner knitters can knit the patterns and the model itself, especially considering that there are no armhole openings. Yes, and the boat neck is easy to knit.
Sizes: 38-40 (42) 44-46
Required:
-
500 grams – white Cashsilk yarn ( nylon – 40%, viscose – 30%, silk – 15%, cashmere – 15%, 70 m/50 grams)
-
regular knitting needles No. 8
Knitting density: 13 stitches per 18.5 rows = 10 cm by 10 cm
Pattern with palm (36 stitches – width): knit according to the attached diagram. The diagram indicates both right and wrong rows.
You need to knit 18 times the 1st and 2nd rows and once from the 3rd to the 44th row = a total of 78 rows.
Back of the pullover: you need to cast on 68 stitches and knit 2 cm of garter stitch for the hem. Then knit only in stockinette stitch.
After 28 cm from the hem, cast on an additional 1 stitch for the sleeves on both sides and in every 2nd row 1 x 1, 2 x 2, 2 x 3, 2 x 5 and 1 x 17 stitches.
At a height of 52 cm from the hem, bind off all stitches at once, whereby the middle 42 stitches form the neck opening, and the outer 52 on each side form the shoulders and sleeves.
Front of the pullover: knit similarly, but with the palm pattern.
For this, after the hem, you first need to knit all stitches in stockinette stitch and after 7 cm from the hem, continue knitting in the following order: edge stitch, 15 knit stitches, 36 pattern stitches, 15 knit stitches, edge stitch. At a height of 49.5 cm from the hem, again knit all stitches in knit.
Assembly of the garment: first, make the shoulder seams, and the upper seams of the sleeves with the right side facing, so that the bound-off stitches are visible. Join the side seams and the lower seams of the sleeves.
