Knitting chart for the sweater on a round yoke
Size 40-42
Needed:
Tecla Tweed (60% wool, 20% bourette silk, 20% polyamide, 350m/100g) – 300 grams;
Needles No. 2.75.
Gauge: 23 sts = 10 cm.
The sweater is knitted with needles No. 2.75 from top to bottom.
Begin with a 1x1 rib, then the yoke is worked in stockinette. Next, the round yoke is knitted in an openwork pattern.
Then the work is divided into the body and sleeves. The sections with a large lace pattern are then knitted in stockinette, while the narrow stripes are worked along the body and sleeves to the lower rib of the sweater.
Using the classic method of casting on with circular needles No. 2.75, cast on 110 stitches. Join into a circle, mark the beginning with a marker, and knit 1x1 rib for 10 rounds.
Then knit 2 rounds in stockinette and evenly increase by 34 stitches (about every 3 stitches). In the next round, work the yarn-overs as twisted knit stitches.
From the initial marker, count 60 stitches and place the second marker. Then you need to work the yoke increase, but it's better to watch the video lesson.
Lana Gold thread, 800 meters, knitted in two strands, needles No. 2. The sweater knitted very easily. Knitted in two strands. Three skeins used. Cast on 144 stitches in the round; resulted in 18 leaves, 5 on the front and back and 4 on the sleeves.
