Relief pattern in brioche technique
The number of stitches is a multiple of 16 + 7. Knit according to the provided chart. The chart shows only the right-side rows. In the wrong-side rows, knit the stitches as described in the «Legend». Start with rows 1–26 and the stitches before rapport A, then continuously repeat the rapport of chart A; in rows 27–54, continuously repeat the rapport of chart B, ending with the stitches after rapport B. Knit rows 1–54 once in height, then continuously repeat rows 3–54.

Description of the pullover

I cast on 120 stitches with needle size 3 using the Italian cast-on method without a waste yarn, as shown here (Italian cast-on).
I knitted 2 rows of tubular ribbing, then switched to ribbing 1*1.

After 22 rows, I decreased to 113 stitches, doing it as follows: knit the 3rd and 4th stitches together, then knit every 16th and 17th stitch together (count them again later). Then I switched to needle size 4 and distributed the stitches as follows: 1 selvedge, 12 stitches of patent ribbing, 87 stitches of relief pattern, 12 stitches of patent ribbing, 1 selvedge = 113 stitches. And knit to your desired length! )
I knitted the front similarly.

Sleeves

I cast on 63 stitches on size 3 needles using the method described above. After 10 cm of ribbing 1*1, I switched to needle size 4, distributing the stitches as follows: 1 selvedge, 11 stitches of patent pattern, 39 stitches of relief pattern, 11 stitches of patent, 1 selvedge.

In the 11th row after that, increase for sleeve expansion by 1 stitch on both sides. Then I made increases in the rows already numbered on the chart, which is very convenient: rows 17, 27, 35, 45, 53, 9 (of the next rapport), 17, 27, 35, 45, 53. Then every 8 rows: in rows 7, 15, 23, 31, 39, then without increases up to row 43, and in row 44 I closed all stitches. If you are taller, knit a bit longer.

For the neckline, I cast on about 110 stitches with a double yarn, made two rows of tubular ribbing, then continued with ribbing 1*1 to the desired height.

I closed the stitches as follows: slip 1 knit stitch, make a yarn over AWAY from you, knit the next purl stitch, then pass the yarn over first the yarn over, then the first slipped stitch. One stitch remains on the right needle. Make a yarn over TOWARD you, knit the next purl stitch according to the pattern, then pass the yarn over first the yarn over, then the remaining stitch. And alternate this until all stitches are closed.
