For knitting you will need: 50 g of white yarn (50% mohair, 50% polyester, 230 m/250 g) and 100 g of cotton with viscose (450 m/100 g).

Knit the top with an openwork pattern with a changing number of stitches.
The knitting calculation is given for the density of the sample knitted with the "lily of the valley" pattern using mohair yarn:
1 rapport (29 st.) x 45 rows = 12 x 10 cm.

Knitting the model

For the back, cast on 103 stitches and knit 5 rows with mohair yarn. In the 6th wrong side row, pick up the stitches of the starting chain onto a spare needle, fold the fabric in half with the right sides facing inward. Lift 1 stitch from the starting chain onto the working needle, placing it before each stitch and knitting them together as a knit stitch. Continue knitting with vertical stripes of mohair and cotton yarn from 5 separate balls, distributing the stitches as follows: 8 st. in stockinette stitch with mohair yarn, 29 st. in openwork pattern with cotton and viscose, 29 st. in openwork pattern with mohair yarn, 29 st. in openwork pattern with cotton and viscose, 8 st. in stockinette stitch with mohair yarn.

Attention! Knit the openwork pattern according to the chart (from row 1 to row 48), then repeat from row 15 to row 48.
The chart shows only the right side rows. In the wrong side row, knit the stitches as indicated. To avoid holes when changing yarn, twist the threads together.
After 13 cm from the start of knitting, bind off for the armholes first 4 st., then once 2 st. and 2 times 1 st. in every 2nd row. After 16 cm from the start of the armholes, bind off the center 21 st. and continue knitting both parts separately. At the same time, for rounding the neck, decrease 1 st. on both sides in every 2nd row, after 3 cm bind off the remaining stitches.

Before knitting the front, for a deeper neck opening, at a height of 12 cm from the start of the armholes, bind off the center 11 st. Then knit both parts separately, decreasing 1 st. on both sides in every 2nd row 6 times and 1 st. in every 4th row 4 times.

Assembly. Join the details of the top with shoulder and side seams. Finish the armholes with a double binding. For this, cast on 106 st. with mohair yarn along the armhole contour on circular needles and knit in stockinette stitch. Fold the binding strips in half on the wrong side of the top and sew. To finish the neck opening, cast on 128 st. with mohair yarn along the neck contour and knit in stockinette stitch. At a height of 11 cm, bind off all stitches loosely.
