How to knit a wrap-increase:
slip a stitch onto the left needle from the wrap and knit it through the back loop (through the back stitch) or through the front loop (purl).
6th and all even rows knitted according to the pattern. The Japanese pattern must be worked strictly according to its chart (be sure to mark it with markers). Yarn overs should be knitted as a knit stitch.
7th and all odd rows should also be worked according to the pattern. Make yarn overs before and after the raglan markers.
Until the marker for the start of the Japanese pattern and after it, the pattern "Stockinette stitch" will be worked.
Knit in this manner until the sleeves have 53 (55) 57 (61) stitches, which corresponds to sizes 42 (44) 46 (48).
Next, divide the knitting into two sleeves, back and front.
To do this, starting from the marker after the start of knitting, knit the back stitches up to the raglan marker, knit the raglan stitches and transfer the sleeve stitches to the auxiliary thread. Then make 3 increase stitches (underarm, see Fig. 1), knit 2 stitches of the raglan line and the front stitches, including stitches of the next raglan line. Also transfer the stitches of the second sleeve to the auxiliary thread, make 3 increases (underarm), knit the raglan line stitches, knit the back stitches up to the start of knitting.
Knit in the round according to the pattern to the desired length. After reaching the desired length, switch to 4 mm needles and knit the pattern "Ribbing 1x1" for 10 rows. Bind off the stitches in your preferred way.
Knitting the sleeves.
Cast off 53 (55) 57 (61) stitches of the sleeve from the auxiliary thread onto circular needles,
while lifting the stitches (2 stitches + 3 increases (underarm) + 2 stitches). In total the sleeves should have 60 (62) 64 (68) stitches each.
Be sure to mark the start of knitting (under the underarm area) to divide the work into two equal parts.
