The model is made with a lace pattern with a changing number of stitches. The knitting calculation is given for the density of the sample made with the "lily of the valley" pattern using mohair yarn: 1 rapport (29 st.) x 45 rows = 12 x 10 cm.

For the back, cast on 103 stitches with needles and knit 5 rows with mohair yarn. In the 6th purl row, place the stitches of the starting chain on a helper needle, fold the fabric in half with the purl side in. Lift one stitch from the starting chain onto the working needle, place it in front of each stitch and knit them together with a knit stitch. Continue knitting vertical stripes of mohair and cotton yarn from five separate skeins, distributing the stitches as follows: 8 st. in knit stitch with mohair yarn, 29 stitches in lace pattern with cotton and viscose, 29 stitches in lace pattern with mohair yarn, 29 st. in lace pattern with cotton and viscose, 8 st. in knit stitch with mohair yarn. from rows 1 to 48, then repeat from rows 15 to 48. The scheme only gives the knit rows. In the purl rows, knit all stitches and yarn overs as purl stitches. To avoid holes – when changing yarn, it is necessary to twist the threads. At a height of 34 cm from the lower edge, bind off 4 st. on both sides for the armholes, then 1 time 2 st. and 2 times 1 st. in every 2nd row. After 16 cm from the start of the armholes, for the neck opening, bind off the middle 31 st. and finish both parts separately. Simultaneously with the start of the neckline for shoulder slope, bind off 1 time 7 st. at the edge, then 3 times 7 st. in every 2nd row. Knit the front similarly to the back, but with a deeper neckline. At a height of 12 cm from the start of the armholes, bind off the middle 11 st. and finish both parts separately, binding off for the neckline from each edge 1 time 3 st., 2 times 2 st., 3 times 1 st. in every 2nd row. At a height of 16 cm from the start of the armholes, make decreases for shoulder slopes.
Join the pieces at the side and shoulder seams. Process the armholes with a double bias. For this, pick up stitches along the armhole contour and knit in the round with mohair yarn to a height of 5-6 rows in knit stitch. Fold the fabric in half and attach it on the front side. Along the neckline, pick up stitches with needles and knit in the round with mohair yarn for the collar. At a height of 11 cm, bind off stitches loosely.
