Mohair snood

Mohair Snood Sizes: 25cm by 130cm. To knit the snood we need: yarn, consisting of 70% mohair, 18% merino wool, 12% polyamide (50g per 200m) – 50g; circular needles No4.5. Patterns and techniques: garter stitch: when knitting in the round alternate a row of knit stitches with a row of purl stitches; main pattern: knit according to the scheme: 2 stitches into 1 knit stitch leaning to the right: insert the working needle first into the 2nd, then – into the 1st stitch on the left needle, knit them together into 1 knit stitch through the front loops. Gauge: in stockinette stitch with needles No4.5, 18 stitches equal 10cm. Description With needles No4.5 cast on 178 stitches and switch to garter stitch in the round. Knit 4 rows. Continue working, following the pattern according to the proposed scheme. We should knit 24cm in total height, finishing with an odd row of the pattern. Then knit 4 rows in garter stitch and bind off.
