MEN'S SIZE:

Cast on 44 stitches.

Row 1 - 1 knit, two together, 8 knit, yarn over, 1 knit, yarn over, 8 knit, two together, two together, 8 knit, yarn over, 1 knit, yarn over, 8 knit, two together, 1 knit.

Row 2 - All stitches purl 
From row 3 - repeat the knitting as in the first row.

Alternate stripes of knit and purl stitches, each stripe is 3 rows. The total number of stripes is 20 or more, depending on the size of your foot. Join the edges of the piece with a needle (sew), the seam goes on the top of the foot, similarly sew the areas on the heel and toe.

WOMEN'S SIZE:
